RV Policies
Check In / Check Out
Check-in is at 1 PM MST. Early check-in is not allowed UNLESS previous arrangements have been made with RV Park Staff. Check out time is 11 AM. You do not need to contact the office for check out unless you need to pay for an after-hours check in.
Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please contact the park for instructions. Please stop at office first before going to your site.
If you are going to check in after 5PM(Mountain Time Zone) please call the office.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific site, if you wish to move please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before moving sites.
Open Fires
Open wood fires are not allowed in our park but you may use a propane firepit.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
Storage
Storage is not allowed under or around your RV or picnic table.
Site and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between sites when navigating the park. Please use main roads, sidewalks, and designated public paths to walk around the campground.
Washing
Washing RVs or vehicles is not allowed.
Pet Policies
Leash and Pet Exercise
We ask that you keep your pets on a leash at all times. This helps you, your pet, and other guests and other guests’ pets stay safe. There is a fenced playground west of the RV Park where you can exercize your pets. If others are in the playground please keep your pet on a leash. If you want to exersize your pet off leash there is a dog park 1 mile north of the park on Five Rocks Road and U Street.
Building
Pets are not allowed in the building. Please do not tie your pet to our trees, doors, or posts.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Be a good neighbor and please use the dog walk area and clean up after your pet always. Do not let your pet deposit waste on your site or any of our other guests’ sites please. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in our park. Please do not tie your pet to a tree and leave. Leaving your pets unattended is dangerous for your pet as many factors including weather, power outages, etc. can affect your pets well-being while you are away.
Pet Vaccinations
Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
Barking
Excessive barking is not tolerated and disturbs your neighbors. Please note that excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave without refund.
Vehicle Policies
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 10 mph. This policy is to keep you, your children, and your pets safe. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. After "ONE" warning my be ask to leave. Safety is our number one priority for our guests.
Parking
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site. Extra vehicles will need to be parked in our parking lot by the cabin. Please do not park on our grass. Ruts caused in your site due to additional vehicles will result in damage charges.
No parking in common areas. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that you did not register for . Parking on the grass is not permitted at RV Sites but is allowed in the tent area.
General Park Policies
Severe Weather
In case of severe weather, see signage in the restroom or in the laundry room for the most up to date locations for tornado shelters. DO NOT use the laundry room or bathroom as a tornado shelter. We love pets, so please bring them with you and please do not leave them in your RV during severe weather warnings.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund. Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, you will be refunded half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.
Monthly reservations please call the office for cancellations.
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
Visitors
The RV Park reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are abiding by campground rules.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you RV is pulling. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided may trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, city policy prohibits you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Laundry
The laundry room is open 24/7. Change is available during office hours. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft. Quarters are available at the office during office hours.
Restrooms
For the comfort of all our guests, restrooms are open 24/7 with exception of a temporary closing for cleaning once per day. We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean, please.
Playground
The playground west of the parking lot is a public playground and available for RV park guests. Please do not let children climb our trees, as it damages them.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
Trash cans are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. If the first can is full, please find another container.
Dumpster are available throughout the park. Please do not dispose of any motor or cooking oil.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. The prohibiting of firearms includes all guns including air soft, BB, and pellet guns. If these items are seen outside of your RV, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Repairs
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs.
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Robidoux RV Park for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robidoux RV Park from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Robidoux RV Park may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Robidoux RV Park reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Robidoux RV Park or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
