Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort Terms and Conditions
I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published within these terms and conditions orotherwise communicated in any manner by Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort Management.
Check In / Check Out
Check in is at 3pm the day of your arrival and check out is 11am your day of departure. If an early check-in/late check out is desired, please contact us to see if the request can be accommodated.
RV Sites: Upon departure, ensure all trash is picked up and leave all items (picnic tables, firepits, etc.) in their original locations.
Lodging: At departure, the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition, garbage is to be removed from the rental unit and placed in an outside dumpster, turn off the heat/AC, all kitchens and kitchenettes are to be left clean, all dishes are to be washed and put away, and the microwave, fridge, stove and countertops are to be wiped clean, and leave the unit unlocked; otherwise, Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort may charge my credit card with a $125 cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the rental unit in an unreasonably filthy condition, permit a pet to occupy a rental unit or smoke in a rental unit, Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort may charge my credit card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250 minimum charge).
All damages to the rental unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the registration office immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring to the rental unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s), broken/lost TV/DVD/AC remote controls, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers.
Cancellation Policy
30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a 100% refund.
Two weeks prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.
Within two weeks of arrival will not receive a refund.
Pool Policy
I understand that use of the pool, water trampoline and other water related facilities come with inherent risks and dangers which can result in, but are not limited, bodily injury, disease strains, lacerations, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, eye injury, blindness, heat stroke, heart attack, drowning, death, or other ailments that could cause serious disability. These injuries may result from, but are not limited to slips, falls, collisions (with other participants, workers, or structures), equipment failure, other participants, natural hazards, and poor decision making.
By using the pool, water park, or water trampoline and related facilities I knowingly and freely assume all risks, both known and unknown.
If I observe any unusual or unnecessary hazard during my participation, I will bring such to the attention of the nearest staff member as soon as practical.
I realize that using personal discipline will help minimize the risks and I voluntarily agree to comply with all rules and regulations and obey staff members for the duration of my visit.
I understand that using the pool, water park, water trampoline and other facilities is physically strenuous and can be mentally intense and I do not have any heart condition or health problems which would put me at risk while participating. I will not use drugs prior to or during my using of the facilities that Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort LLC has to offer.
I, on behalf of myself, my personal representatives, and my heirs, hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort LLC and its owners, agents, officers, and employees from any all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, loss of services or otherwise which may arise out of my use of the pool and other facilities. I specifically understand that I am releasing, discharging, and waiving any claims or actions that I may have presently or in the future for the negligent acts of others conduct by the owners, agents, volunteers, or employees of Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort LLC.
If any portion of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effects.
I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE WAIVER AND BY SIGNING BELOW VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THE TERMS ON BEHALF OF MYSELF, MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND MY GUESTS. I FURTHER AGREE TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WAIVER.
Pet Policy
I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my pets while camping at Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort.
General Policy: There is a 2 pet maximum per RV site. NO pets are allowed in cabins or houses on site.
Excluded Areas: I agree to keep my dog out of the following areas including, but not limited to, any lodging on site, food and beverage areas, the pool, and fenced area within.
Excluded Dogs: I agree that the Campground has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following: breed-specific exclusions; due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements; are sick; are in heat; are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous; require muzzling; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus. PIT BULLS, ROTTWEILERS, CHOW CHOWS, DOBERMANS, AKITAS, & GERMAN SHEPHERDS FALL UNDER OUR RESTRICTED BREEDS.
Supervision: I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Campground. I further agree to have my dog with me or a designated individual at all times, and understand that I may not leave the dog unattended at the campsite. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other guests at the Campground.
Vaccinations: I represent and warrant that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.
Waste: I agree to clean up after my dog during my stay at the campsite. I acknowledge failure to pick up my dogs waste will result in additional fees added to my card on file.
Disturbances: I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Campground, at the request of a Campground employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Campground. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Campground and will not be issued a refund.
Assumption of Risk and Release: I understand that my permission to have my dog at the Campground with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Campground may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while my dog is at the Campground or caused by my dog. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Campground, its owner, its agents, its parent companies, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that me or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my dog’s presence in the Campground, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my dog and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Campground. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
Acknowledgment: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns.
I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Campground without a refund.

Rates
Summer Rates: March 1 - September 30
Winter Rates: October 1 - February 28
Additional Guests
Up to four people are included in the price of a RV site reservation. A maximum of six people per site is allowed, however, the 5th and 6th person is $10 per person per day.
Day Passes
Day passes for the pool can be purchased for $20 per person per day for anyone who is not staying at the park.
Minimum Stay Lengths
There is a 2 night minimum stay for all bookings, and a 3 night minimum during holidays.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent site. Use of more than one site will result in additional charges.
Picnic Tables / Outdoor Furniture
Do not place anything hot on the outdoor tables or furnishings.
Smoking
No smoking in any of the cabins. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of in the appropriate containers located throughout the park and not thrown on the ground.
Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in fire pits.
Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in our park. The prohibiting of fireworks includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. Use of any fireworks will result in being asked to leave without a refund.
Visitors
Only registered guests are permitted to enter the park. All visitors must stop in the office to register and purchase a day pass. Visitors may not bring pets. Rock Creek Camp & RV Resort reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a site. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 pm CST. Please check with the office before inviting any visitors. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors are properly registered and that all campground rules are followed.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 30/50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay. Please notify the office so that we can notify maintenance if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose our electrical pedestals per insurance and safety requirements. Maintenance is happy to help. Even if you are an electrician, laws prohibit you from working on our pedestals unless hired to do so.
Laundry
The laundry room is open 24/7. Change and Vending available. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We are not responsible for accidents or theft.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM. Anyone playing loud music or causing disturbances will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal
Trash cans are located throughout the park. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. If the first can is full, please find another container. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans.
