Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policies:

• Short-Term cancellations made at least 14 days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee.
• Short-Term site cancellations made 13 to 4 days prior to arrival will receive a booking refund minus a $25 processing fee plus a fee equivalent to a standard one-night stay.
• Short-Term site cancellations made less than 4 days prior to arrival will not receive a booking refund.
• Monthly site cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will receive their deposit refund minus the $25 processing fee.
• Monthly site cancellations made within 29-14 days prior to arrival will receive their deposit refund minus $25 processing fee plus a fee equivalent to a standard one-night stay taken out of the electricity deposit given upon booking.
• Monthly site cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will not receive an electricity deposit refund.
