Rockett RV Ranch, LLC Rules and Regulations

Welcome to Rockett RV Ranch, LLC.  We hope you enjoy your stay and are happy you are here. These rules and regulations are in place to keep your stay safe and enjoyable.  Those who choose not to observe the rules and regulations can be assessed a fee and can be asked to leave without any form of refund.

Background checks may be required for monthly stays.

Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

Rockett RV Ranch, LLC is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

All RV’s are subject to inspection and approval by Management.  Any rig 10 years or older must be approved by management prior to arrival. Please send pictures to info@rockettrvranch.com. We reserve the right to refuse service based on RV appearance or condition.

Pick up campers and pop out campers are only allowed on a daily basis with approval; NOT allowed on monthly basis.

Cargo (enclosed) and flatbed trailers may be approved by management on a case by case basis.

 Items outside the unit are limited to patio & yard furniture, pellet or gas grills. No charcoal grills or fryers.

All sites should be kept neat and clean always.

Quiet times between 10 PM-7 AM

No mail service at Rockett RV Ranch. Monthly stays may need to secure a P.O. Box.  

There is a limit of 6 people per site, including visitors unless otherwise approved ahead of time.   Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per site.

 Monthly stays will have all electric bills charged through automated billing with the card on file unless informed otherwise by the guest ahead of time.

Guests are responsible for and must supervise their children.  Children under age of 18 must be accompanied by parent when in clubhouse, laundry or restroom areas.

Monthly stays start on the 1rst of the month. If staying a partial month the daily or weekly rate will apply. No pro-rating. Monthly stay fees need to be paid on or before the 1rst of the month.

If the police are called on you, you will be asked to leave permanently.

Check- In time:  2:00 pm unless early arrival has been approved.

Check -Out Time:  12:00 unless late check out has been approved.

PETS

Maximum 2 pets. Approval for more than 2 pets is on a case by case basis. No breeding or selling of any animals of any kind.

No aggressive dogs of any breed allowed on property.

Dogs must be kept on leash and accompanied at all times outside of RV.

No excessive barking allowed. 

Pets may not be left outside, tied up or chained at any time.  Dog fences or pens are not allowed.

Rockett RV Ranch, LLC is not responsible for pets accompanying our guests.

Guests are responsible for their pet(s) behavior and will be asked to leave if pet is aggressive or unruly.

Pets are not allowed inside the building.

Visiting pets are not allowed; only pets of registered guests.

Please be a good neighbor and clean up after your pet always. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in a fee and could result in being asked to leave the park.

Pets must be up to date on vaccinations.

Guests that do not treat/care for their pets appropriately will be asked to leave Rockett RV Park.

Laundry

Coin operated washers and dryers are available for guests use. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. We ask for your help in keeping the laundry area clean.  Rockett RV Ranch, LLC is not responsible for accidents or theft.  No smoking or vaping inside laundry area.

Restrooms

For the comfort of our guests the restrooms/showers will be open most of the time with occasional closing for cleaning or other reasons.  We ask for your help in keeping the restrooms clean. Again, Rockett RV Ranch, LLC is not responsible for accidents/injury or theft. No smoking or vaping inside restrooms.

Trash Disposal and Recycling

Please put all trash in the trash dumpster in front of the clubhouse. No trash allowed outside your RV.  Please help us keep rodents and insects away by taking trash to dumpster promptly.

Cigarette butts/grease/misc trash needs to be disposed of properly NOT on the ground.

At this time we have no recycling available.

SORRY FOLKS BUT THESE THINGS ARE NOT ALLOWED:

Window AC units and generators are not permitted.

Sleeping outside the RV is not permitted.

No tents, horse trailers or boats

All add on to rig are not allowed. This includes carpets on gravel, decks, steps, etc.

Parking is not allowed on any loose gravel areas.  Please keep vehicles in designated parking areas.

No clotheslines.

No structures of any kind.

No fireworks or firearms discharged on property including BB, Airsoft and pellet guns.

No illegal weapons or illegal drugs of any kind allowed on property.

No alcohol or glass containers allowed in common areas of Rockett RV Ranch.

No smoking or vaping inside building.  This includes the clubhouse/laundry and restrooms.

No campfires.

Pets are not allowed inside the building.

Visiting pets are not allowed; only pets of registered guests.

Dirt bikes and ATV’s are not to be ridden at Rockett RV Ranch.

No one without a valid driving license allowed to drive any vehicle on premises.

Outside dog pens, kennels or runs not allowed.

Repairs to RV’s and Vehicles

Please get with Rockett RV Ranch, LLC  management before onsite repairs on RV.

No onsite repairs on vehicles.

Speed Limit

Speed limit at Rockett RV Ranch is 8 miles an hour.  This is to keep everyone in the park safe. 

DEPOSITS

 Full amount due before arrival/start date.  We accept credit/debit cards or money orders, cash, cashier’s checks and money orders.

Monthly reservations require an additional $125 Electricity Deposit. All electric bills will be charged through automated billing with the card on file unless informed otherwise by the guest ahead of time.

REFUNDS

Refunds for shortened stays, cancellations etc will be handled on a case by case basis.

Clubhouse/Laundry/Restrooms are available for guest convenience.
