RV Park Rules/Guidelines

 

To ensure a pleasant and safe stay for everyone, we require all occupants and guests of Rogue Vista RV Resort to comply with the following rules:

 

Lock Site reserved sites are guaranteed, otherwise park management reserves the right to assign sites. While preference regarding site assignment will be taken into consideration when reasonably possible, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests.

 

Check Out Time: 11:00 am.  Please vacate your site by that time.  Check In time is 1:00 pm.  

Quiet Hours:  from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.  Please be considerate of neighbors at all times.  To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, non-registered visitors must exit by 10:00 pm.    

Occupancy:  A maximum of six (6) occupants are permitted per site, except as otherwise approved by Park management.

Vehicles:  All vehicles brought into the park MUST have current registration, insurance, license plates and tags.  RVs and trailers must be in good condition with no visible damage to the interior or exterior.  The unit must be able to move on demand.  No vehicle or RV washing allowed.  No working on RVs or other vehicles within the Park.

Parking:  A maximum of one (1) RV/Trailer per site and, if room, a vehicle may be parked at the RV site. All roadways/driveways must remain clear at all times for emergency vehicle access.  A maximum of two (2) licensed vehicles per site is allowed.  No driving or parking on turf, all vehicles must remain on asphalt or concrete.

Speed Limit:  The maximum speed limit in the park is 5 mph.  

Pets:  Quiet, well mannered pets must be kept on a leash no longer than six (6) feet and under your immediate control at all times.  PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS.  There is a designated pet area with doggie bags available.  Pets are not allowed in buildings.  Please do not leave pets outside unattended or allow them to bark excessively.  Vicious or aggressive pets of any breed are not permitted in the park. 

Children:  Parents and guardians are responsible for the actions and safety of their children and guests.  Children should not be allowed to wander or play outdoors without adult supervision, especially near the river. 

Restrooms:  NO food, drinks, smoking or pets in the shower/restrooms or laundry area.

Smoking:  We are a smoke-free facility, please refrain from smoking outdoors.

Garbage:  All guests are responsible for keeping their site clean, free of garbage, and maintaining the exterior of their RV in good condition. Please deposit your bagged garbage in the dumpster.  See map for location.  Do not leave garbage at your site out overnight for any reason, as critters will be attracted by it.  

Fires: Fires are not allowed within the Park.

BBQ:  Use with caution, not to be placed on the turf surface.

Awnings, Hooks, Clotheslines, Etc.:  Do not drive any hooks, stakes, poles, etc. into the ground.  No patio rugs, mats or pet beds on the turf.  NO clotheslines are permitted.

 

THE PARK PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A FLOOD ZONE.  IN CASE OF EMERGENCY, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY.  USE THE RIVER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
