Terms and Conditions

By signing, you are agreeing to all Park Rules and the below-mentioned Terms.

1 – In accordance with NYS DEC regulations on transporting firewood, we require that only firewood purchased at the camp general store be used for campfires. Failure to comply will result in the termination of your reservation. You may preorder firewood to be delivered to your cabin or site before your arrival.

2 –CHECK-OUT TIMES for all Rental Units and Sites are 11:00. CHECK-IN TIMES are 4:00 pm for all rental units and sites and will close at 10:00 pm. Any arrivals prior to 3:30pm could be subject to an early check-in fee of $50+tax for lodging reservations or $25+tax for RV and Tent reservations. Any arrivels after 10:00 pm will not be permitted into the park and will be asked to check-in the following morning.

3 – QUIET TIME: Begins at 10:00 PM and ends at 8:00 AM and is strictly enforced. Noise should not extend beyond your site. Guests that do not comply may be asked to leave immediately, with no refund.

4 – PETS: Must be included in your paid reservation for pet-friendly sites and cabins only. They must be kept on a leash and under control at all times. Pets are ONLY allowed off leash while supervise in the Dog Park. They cannot be left outside alone, and must be quiet inside as well. The Renters must also pick up and clean up after their site’s pets. Renter agrees that their credit card on file will be charged for any additional cleaning required for removal of pet waste, hair, odor, etc. and up to $50 per pet per day should evidence of a pet be found in your non-pet-friendly site or cabin.

5 – WE ARE SMOKE-FREE: All Cabins, buildings are smoke-free. Renter agrees to pay a fine (charged to your credit card on file) of $50 per day should evidence of smoke / odor be found in their cabin.

6 – CLEANING: Accommodations are to be left in the same orderly fashion as you found it. Any items used should be washed and returned to the cabins. All garbage must be removed and placed in the dumpster upon departure. Please do not remove any items from the unit, and you must return any furniture to its original position (if moved). Failure to do any of the above will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee.

7 – PLEASE DISPOSE OF YOUR GARBAGE IN OUR DUMPSTERS: Prior to check-out, please take your Garbage to one of our two dumpsters located in the campground. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning.

8 – NON-REFUNDABLE: All reservations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel for any reason a credit for the paid amount on the account will be issued to the guest’s account to be used within a year of the original reservation.

9 – YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER to make a reservation.

10 – NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT OR VANDALISM TO YOUR PROPERTY: The Campground is not responsible for stolen or damaged property of Renter or Renter’s party

11 –YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR DAMAGE OR THEFT CAUSED BY YOU OR YOUR PARTY: Your credit card used for renting the premises shall be charged for all damages / theft that may occur during you stay.
