Refund Policy

NO rain checks or refunds will be issued for holidays.

If you need to make a change your reservation, you can make changes up to 21 days prior to your arrival. via the link in reservation email. Reschedules can only be made once and in the current camping year.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

RV & TENT SITES:

If you cancel 0-3 days prior to arrival receive NO refund, 4-13 days receive 50% refund, and if you cancel 14+ days prior to arrval there will be a $40 cancellation fee and remainder will be refunded. 

RV RENTAL, WAGONS, & CABINS:

If you cancel 0-7 days prior to arrival there is NO refund, 8-13 days receive 50% refund, and if you cancel 14+ days prior to arrival there will be a 25% cancellation fee and remainder will be refunded. 

“No Shows” will be charged the full reservation amount.

We cannot control, nor guarantee the weather. You are responsible for the entire length of stay you reserved. Refunds will NOT be given for late arrivals or early departures.
