Cancellation Policy

1. In the event of any cancellations of your reservation, you will forfeit the CampSpot booking fee. 

2. If cancelling 4 days or more prior to your date of arrival, you will receive a full refund, less the reservation fee. For reservations of 2 weeks or greater, there will be a 3% fee applied in addition to the reservation fee.

3. If cancelling 3 days prior to your date of arrival, you will be charged the cost of one night plus the reservation fee. 

4. Cancellations made 2 days or less prior to your date of arrival are completely non-refundable. 

5. No refunds will be given for early check-out, with no exceptions. 

6. No refunds will be given to anyone who is evicted from the campground for any reason. 

7. No refunds will be given if you have booked a smaller site than you need to accommodate your RV length. 

8. No refunds will be given to due to weather.
