GUEST POLICIES:
1. Check in time 2 pm and Check out is noon.
2. Quiet Time will be respected between 11 pm to 8 am.
3. Music must be kept at reasonable levels and turned off by 11pm.
4. Management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behavior is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
5. Children must be supervised in washrooms and must never be left attended.
6. Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your campsite.
7. ATV use is NOT permitted within the Village or Rosemary.
8. Fires are permitted in the big fire pit or propane fire pits brought by the camper as long as there are no fire bans in the area, Must be extinguished before leaving.
9. Barbeques are permitted, but must always be raised off the ground and attended by an adult.
10. Pets are permitted for short term visits, Pets are NOT permitted for stays greater than two weeks.
11. Physical damage to campground, building, or trees will be subject to a vandalism charge and eviction from the campground without refund.
12. The campsite must be clean and free of any debris at time of departure may be subject to a campsite clean up fee.
13. The sani-dump is available for campgrounds patrons.
RV SITE RULES:
1. Maximum 6 people per site.
2. One additional tent is allowed.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Charges are for the use of assigned site and campground facilities only.
2. The campground assumes no responsibility for the loss through collision, fire, theft or otherwise to a car, recreational vehicle, tent or any vehicle, or their contents.
3. Any violation of the campground rules or guest policies, the determination of which shall be the sole discretion of the campground Attendant or Operator, shall result in termination of this reservation with no refund given.
4. Payment in full will be charged at the time of booking in addition to a non-refundable reservation fee of $5.00 plus tax. Any reservations paid by e-transfer must be sent within 1 hour of booking, or the reservation will be subject to cancellation.
5. All camping reservations require persons that are 18 years of age or older. The person making the reservation must occupy the site.
6. A maximum of 6 people per site. One vehicle per site; one additional vehicle per site is allowed. During long weekends, the minimum booking period is 2 nights.
7. At least four full days’ notice must be given for changes or cancellations. If this notice is given, the pre-payment will be refunded excluding the original reservation fee. If cancelling 3 days prior to your date of arrival, you will be charged the cost of one night plus the reservation fee. For reservations 2 weeks or greater, there will be an additional 3% cancellation fee in addition to the reservation fee. There will be no refunds for reservations cancelled 2 days or less prior to your arrival. If guests do not arrive by 2:00pm the day after the scheduled arrival date, the remainder of the reservation will be deemed cancelled with no refund.
8. If management closes the campground, all fees, including reservation fees will be refunded. Refunds will not be given for weather, wildlife, insects, water, air quality, fire or liquor bans, vehicle or trailer trouble, getting lost, closed amenities, or advisories.
