Cancellation Policy

Short term transcient sites, cabins, and lodges our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 30+ days in advance will be fully refunded minus $3.50 admin fee.

• Cancellation 8 - 29 days in advance can reschedule for another date within the season with a $15 admin fee.

• Cancellation 7 or less in advance will not be refunded.

• Holiday Weekends are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• No refunds for weather conditions, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions.
