Refund Policy

We do not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature.  Our cancellation policy varies depending on the timing of your cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date.

 

No Show Policy:
Reservations will be held for the first day of your reservation.  No shows will result in full forfeiture of funds.

Early Departure:

Unfortunately, no refunds will be given if you choose to leave the campground early. This also applies if you are asked to leave early for violating rules or disturbing other guests.

Balloon Fiesta (The first 2 weeks of October)

• 3 DAY MINIMUM stay required.   A 1-night deposit is required at the time of reservation.
• A 1-night deposit is required at the time of reservation.
• Balloon Cancellations before September 15th will be charged a standard $25.00 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made on or after September 15 will forfeit their deposit. 
• There are no discounts honored during Balloon Fiesta.
