RV Park at Black Oak Casino, Tuolumne, California

Check- In: 2pm 

  • Any check-ins before 2pm will result in early check-in fee of $25

Check-Out : 11am 

  • Late check-outs are available upon request and subjected to availability.

Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am

  • Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. 

Park Information:

  • Any Personal Property and valuables brought onto the RV Park premises are the sole responsibility of the Guest who shall bear all risk of damage or loss; 
  • The RV Park and/or TEDA,Inc. shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought on premises. 
  • Guest agrees that he/she is personally liable for all costs and charges that may accrue to guests' occupancy/activities on premises including nightly site charges, damages, and clean-up fees. 
  • Total length of stay cannot exceed 28 days. 
  • All guests must be 21 years old to reserve a site. No one under the age of 21 will be allowed to occupy a site without an accompanied adult. 
  • All guests must register upon arrival. 
  • One RV allowed per site. We do not allow any tents in our sites. 
  • All facilities at the RV park are for registered guests ONLY - You may not sublease your site.
  • Well-behaved pets are welcome! 2 pets per site are allowed. Pets must be attended to and leashed at all times at The RV Park. 
  • Charcoal BBQ's and propane fires are allowed. Please do not put BBQs on picnic tables or grass. 
  • NO wood burning fires! 
  • NO fireworks or firearms. 
  • RV Park has complimentary WIFI access throughout the entire resort. 

Pool Information: 

  • Pool Hours: 9am-10pm 
  • There is no lifeguard on duty. 
  • Children underage of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 
  • No glass in the pool area. 
  • No pets allowed in the pool area, service animals only. 
  • No pool noodles (Styrofoam type floaties)  
  • No canopies. 

The Resort Water Park Information: 

  • Four (4) complimentary wristbands are provided to guests upon request. Anything past four (4) there will be a surcharge. 
  • No outside alcohol
  • No ice chests 
  • No glass 
  • No speakers 
  • RV guests must bring their own towels 
  • Water Park Area (Kids Area) Hours: 10am- 9pm ~ Pool Area Hours: 10am-10pm 

 

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 3 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancellations 4 or more days will receive a full refund minus the 1-night deposit. 
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct. 
Manager reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds.
