Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows: We encourage reservations to be rescheduled (within the current calendar year only) rather than cancelled to avoid any payments being forfeited. All reservations require a 7 day (or greater) notice prior to arrival date, to receive a partial refund or to be rescheduled. ALL CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE via actual conversation with our office staff. We cannot accept emails or voicemails to make any changes to your reservation. One night's fee (minimum $60, PLUS taxes and fees) will be withheld as a cancellation fee. If your reservation is only one night, no refund will be due upon cancellation. If you have provided more than 7 days notice prior to arrival, the remainder of your site charges (less our cancellation fee) will be refunded to the credit card on file within 7 business days. If you are uncertain as to your ability to keep your reservation, we suggest that you 'firm-up' your travel plans prior to making a reservation, to minimize loss of funds.  PLEASE DO NOT schedule a reservation intending to cancel or expect us to make exceptions to our firm policy. We respectfully request that you adhere and will comply with our policies.
