Refund Policy

Rescheduling is always preferred (to a cancellation) should a schedule conflict arise for you. This is the best way for you to avoid any cancellation fees.  However, if a complete cancellation is necessary, it must be in compliance with our detailed and specific cancellation policy.  A cancellation must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date and made via actual PHONE CONVERSATION with our office staff.  We cannot accept changes of any kind via email or voicemail.  

As a reminder, if you are in compliance with our cancellation policy your cancelation fee is [one night's site fee, plus tax and fees]. The remainder of your reservation fees will be refunded to the card you used to book your reservation with.
