Terms & Conditions

I have read and agree, and shall cause my children, guests and invitees to abide by the park rules and guidelines, including those published in the RV Resort Four Seasons brochure and as outlined on the website and communicated to me by the management of the park.

I further understand that RV Resort Four Seasons DOES NOT give (last minute) credits or refunds due to the discomforts of NATURE/ WEATHER related issues, any VEHICLE/ RV MECHANICAL BREAK DOWNS, nor PANDEMICS, nor ILLNESS or ANY HEALTH issues including DEATH of family or friend.  RV Resort Four Seasons requires a notice of 7 days prior to my arrival date to be considered for any amount of refund.

Cancellation

RV Resort Four Season's cancellation policy is as follows: We encourage reservations to be rescheduled (within the current calendar year only) rather than cancelled, to avoid any payments being forfeited. All reservations require a 7 day (or greater) notice prior to arrival date, to receive a partial refund or to be rescheduled. We cannot accept emails or voicemails to change reservations or cancel them, they must be done person to person via telephone. One night's fee (minimum $60, PLUS taxes and fees) will be withheld as a cancellation fee. If your reservation is only one night, no refund will be issued upon cancellation. If you have provided more than 7 days notice from the date of arrival, the remainder of your site charges (less our cancellation fee) will be refunded to the credit card on file within 7 business days. If you are uncertain as to your ability to keep your reservation, we suggest that you 'firm-up' your travel plans prior to making a reservation to minimize loss of funds. 

Pets

**Certain breeds of dogs are disallowed by our insurance provider: Akita, Alaska Malamutes, Chows, Doberman Pinchers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordhshire Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernard's.** If you book your reservation including one of these breeds, your reservation will be cancelled. Aggressive dogs of any breed will not be allowed to remain on premises. You will not be allowed to stay in the park, nor will we provide a refund if you arrive with any of these breeds. (Max 3 pets total per RV) Pets must be on a leash at all times and are not to be left unattended for any length of time. Tie pets to Your RV only!  Please DO NOT tie your pet to a picnic table, any park water lines, electric pedestals or any park property. Pet Fencing is allowed in park for short periods of time, allowing for lawn maintenance. Be mindful to not walk pets between sites and do not let pets bark continuously. Pet litter must be picked up immediately and disarded in your own trash or the park dumpster. NO PET WASTE to be thrown away in the restrooms or laundry room! Please walk pets in designated pet area.

 

Parking

Parking is limited and guests are allowed ONE RV and ONE vehicle to be parked in assigned site. Any additional vehicles will need to be parked by the office, after prearrangement with office staff.  Overnight parking by the office is a $5.00 / night fee. Daytime-only parking does not inccur a fee. Parking violations are enforced and are subject to being towed at owners expense. 

 

ORGANIZED-RV-GROUP RESERVATIONS, and MULTI-SITE RESERVATIONS

Organized RV GROUP reservations will need to be booked over the phone with office staff. Waggonmaster should call the office for details. 

Multi-site reservations (campers who wish to camp next to their friends) may be booked by phone with office staff, but can be booked online, too.  Please note: we require individual information for the primary occupant of each individual campsite: Address, Phone, RV details, Number of guests, and pet information (Number and breeds of dogs). Reservations made online will receive a phone call from our office to obtain this information if it wasn't provided during the online booking.

** I also understand that I AM NOT RESERVING A SPECIFIC SITE number. Campsite assignments are made based on RV type and RV length, and the overall needs of the park. I understand and agree that the resort reserves the right to modify my reservation to a DIFFERENT SITE TYPE  as needed. I have chosen an appropriate site for my RV type and understand that if I have misrepresented information, I may need  to be moved upon arrival. I may be booked into a grass site. I am NOT guaranteed a specific site type or specific request., and I understand the park staff will do their best to place my RV in a proper site to accomodate my RV's type, length, and overall size.
