CANCELLATIONS:

Upstairs 4 Bedroom Applegate Valley: 

• 21 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
• 14-20 days cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus 50% cancellation fee
• 13 days or less cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund forfeited

RV Spots:

• 14 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
• 7-13 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus 50% cancellation fee
• 6 days or less cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund forfeited
