RYAN’S OUTPOST TERMS & CONDITIONS:
I agree, and shall cause my children, invitees and guests, to abide by the Park Rules, including those rules and policies published at www.ryansoutpost.com, posted at the Premises or otherwise communicated in any manner by Ryan’s Outpost Management.
I further understand and agree that Ryan’s Outpost does not give credit or refunds due to the discomforts of nature. Ryan’s Outpost’s refund policy varies, depending on the timing of the cancellation notice in advance of the reservation date, as follows:
Upstairs 4 Bedroom Applegate Valley: If a reservation is cancelled more than 3 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or Credit in the full amount can be chosen. For a cancellation of a reservation more than 2 weeks, but less than 3 weeks, prior to the arrival date we issue Credit for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited. For a reservation cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation payment is forfeited to Ryan’s Outpost. View apartment rules and policies here.
RV Spots: If a reservation is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date we issue a full refund, minus the non-refundable $25 transaction fee; or a Credit in the full amount can be elected. For a cancellation of a reservation more than 1 week, but less than 2 weeks, prior to the arrival date we issue a Credit for 50% of the payment and the balance is forfeited. Credit can only be redeemed in the same calendar year as the cancelled reservation and can only be applied toward your site or apartment rental. For reservations paid with a credit card, cash refunds will be credited to the credit card on file with respect to reservation.
As a participant in a recreation activity, I am responsible for acting within the limits of my ability and heeding all warnings regarding participation in the activity. I will maintain control of myself and any equipment while participating in the activity and will refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injury to myself or to others.
I HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Ryan’s Outpost, LLC, its owners and agents (collectively, Ryan’s Outpost Management), from any and all liability to me, my children, my invitees/guests, personal representatives, and heirs for any loss or damage on account of injury to person (including death) or loss or damage to property relating to, or arising out of, use and occupancy of the Ryan’s Outpost property and facilities (collectively, the Premises) and any dangers and hazards associated with acts of nature such as changing weather conditions; high winds; thunder and lightning; temperature fluctuations; falling trees; tree limbs, ice; or encounters with wildlife.
I HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Ryan’s Outpost Management, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney fees) they may incur due to injury (including death), damage or loss of property relating to use of the Premises by me, my children, and/or my invitees/guests or due to any incidents that may occur during my stay. I understand that, although Ryan’s Outpost Management makes every reasonable effort to provide a secure environment, the security of my person, my belongings, and all persons registered in my party is my sole responsibility.
As a courtesy, our employees, if so requested, may assist with directing you to your designated RV spot. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that the site will accommodate your specific trailer/RV and that you will not hit any branches, bollards, trees, etc. when positioning your RV on the RV spot. You agree to indemnify and hold Ryan’s Outpost, LLC, its owners and agents (collectively, “Ryan’s Outpost Management”) harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost (including attorney’s fees) that may result from an employee assisting or directing you onto a RV spot. Furthermore, you release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Ryan’s Outpost Management for any and all liability, loss, or property damage relating to an employee assisting/directing you to your site.
I understand that I am and remain personally liable to pay the total amount of my reservation prior to my scheduled check-in date, or at such earlier date communicated to me. If I fail to pay the total due, I agree that Ryan’s Outpost, LLC may charge any remaining balance (in additional to any damage charges or other amounts owed under these Terms and Conditions) to any credit or debit card on file with my reservation. Any amounts due after 30 days will be subject to the maximum late charge permitted under state law.
The Premises are privately owned and THE RYAN’S OUTPOST MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE to anyone for any reason except for those prohibited by law. Ryan’s Outpost Management reserves the right to require any person or party it deems necessary, to leave the property based on violations of Property Rules or behavior management deems inappropriate or disturbing to others. Harassment or mistreatment of our staff or other guests, including but not limited to, racist comments or hate speech, will not be tolerated under any circumstances. I have read this notice and agree to it as well as all Ryan’s Outpost rules and regulations. In addition, I understand that I am responsible for the actions of all persons registered in my party, including any children, and any guests that visit during my stay. On behalf of each person in my party, I grant Ryan’s Outpost and its affiliated entities and promotional partners the right to include any photographic, video and other visual portrayals of each person in my party in any medium and for any purpose.
Additional Terms for Rental Units
I understand and agree as follows:
- At departure, the rental unit is to be left in a reasonably clean condition (broom swept), garbage is to be removed from the rental unit and placed in an outside dumpster, the kitchens is to be left clean, all dishes are to be washed and put away or clean in the dishwasher, and the microwave, fridge, stove and countertops are to be wiped clean; otherwise, Ryan’s Outpost Management may charge my credit card with a $125 cleaning fee. I understand and agree that if I leave the rental unit in an unreasonably filthy condition, permit a pet to occupy the rental unit or smoke in a rental unit, Ryan’s Outpost Management may charge my credit card for the cost to professionally clean the rental unit ($250 minimum charge).
- All damages to the rental unit, whether caused by myself, my children, guests or pets, will be disclosed to the Ryan’s Outpost management immediately or at checkout. All damages occurring to the rental unit during my stay will be charged to my credit card after a thorough inspection has been made by Ryan’s Outpost Management. Damages for which I will be responsible include, but are not limited to: lost key(s), broken/lost TV/DVD/AC remote controls, broken items, discharged fire extinguishers (if not used for a fire), damaged/dented/bent appliances, furniture, cabinetry or dishes, writing on walls or bedding, and ripped or torn mattresses or covers.
Animal Waiver
I hereby agree to the following regulations and conditions relating to my dog while camping at Ryan’s Outpost, LLC (“the Park”) with my dog.
- Excluded Dogs. I agree that the Park has the sole discretion to exclude dogs. The basis for exclusion may include, but is not limited to the following: breed-specific exclusions; due to their young age are exempted from state or local law vaccination requirements; are sick; are in heat; are aggressive, vicious, dangerous or potentially dangerous; require muzzling; or are easily frightened or sensitive, resulting in disruptive behavior (such as fighting or biting) in response to a stimulus.
- Supervision. I agree to keep my dog on a leash or in a carrier while in all public areas of the Park. I further agree to have my dog with me or a designated individual at all times, and understand that I may not leave the dog unattended in the RV spot. I agree to prevent noise or any other disturbance by my dog, in the interest of other guests at the Park.
- Vaccinations. I represent and warrant that my dog is up to date on all vaccinations (including rabies and distemper) and flea treatments.
- Disturbances. I agree that, should my dog create any disturbances, which cause complaints to be made to the management by other guests or employees of the Park, at the request of a Park employee, I will immediately make arrangements to house my dog elsewhere outside the Park. Additionally, I understand and agree that if I do not find alternative housing for my pet after being asked to do so, I will be asked to leave the Park and will not be issued a refund.
- Assumption of Risk and Release. I understand that my permission to have my dog at the Park with me is a privilege and not a contractual right. Such permission is expressly conditional upon my adherence to the terms of these rules and other rules in effect at any given time. I understand that the Park may revoke such permission at any time for any reason. Additionally, I hereby assume all responsibility of risks, injury, damage, other harm that may occur while my dog is at the Park or caused by my dog. Further, I hereby knowingly and voluntarily expressly release and discharge the Park, its owners, it’s agents, members, managers, directors, officers and employees (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, both present and future, whether known, unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, that me or my guests or invitees may have against any of the Released Parties arising out of or incident to my dog’s presence in the Park, whether arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of me, my dog and/or any guest or invitee. I further agree to indemnify each of the Released Parties for any and all such claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, demands, or causes of action, including costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising as a result of or related to the presence of the dog at the Park. This provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent of the law.
- Acknowledgment. By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Assumption of Risk & Release and fully understand its provisions and implications. My execution of this Release is entirely voluntary and intended to be binding on my heirs, executors, legal representatives and assigns.
I have read this Animal Waiver and understand it is my responsibility to abide by the Rules. I further understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that my guests and invitees also comply with the Rules. Failure to adhere to the policies and rules set forth herein may result in my removal from the Park without a refund.

- 21 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
- 14-20 days cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus 50% cancellation fee
- 13 days or less cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund forfeited
RV Spots:
- 14 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus $25 cancellation fee
- 7-13 days or more cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund minus 50% cancellation fee
- 6 days or less cancellation prior to arrival: Full refund forfeited

General Park Policies:
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is at 2 PM and entitles you to your spot until 11 AM the day of your departure. Early check-in may be permitted if the spot is available. If you will be arriving in the area early, you may contact us to check the status of the spot or to make arrangements until your spot becomes available. Check-out time is 11 AM. You do not need to contact the office for check-out, unless you need to pay for an after-hours check-in.
Late check-ins are allowed at any time, please just contact the park for instructions.
Site Changes
You have been assigned a specific spot. If you wish to move, please check with the office. Due to reservations and maintenance, moving may not be possible. Please inquire before changing spots.
Open Fires
Open fires are not allowed in our park. Fires must be in propane firepits. We have portable fire pits available for guests to rent for the night. Firepit rental is $2 each per night. Please place the fire pit over the gravel or concrete.
Parking
Please do not park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in an adjacent spot. Use of areas outside your designated spot will result in a request to move and/or additional charges.
Storage
Storage is allowed under and around your RV or picnic table, but your spot must not become unsightly.
Spot and Park Navigation
Please be respectful of your neighbor and do not walk between spots when navigating the park. Please use main roads and designated public paths to walk around the park.
Washing
Washing RVs or vehicles is only permitted with 1 bucket of water and a sponge. Hose washing is not permitted, as it can result in a mess and disturb your neighbors.
Visitors
Visitors may not bring pets. Ryan’s Outpost reserves the right to limit the number of people visiting a spot. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 PM. Registered guests are responsible for ensuring their visitors follow all park rules. If we receive complaints, we will ask that you control your activities. If problems persist, we will ask you to leave without a refund.
Electrical Use
You are responsible for understanding how many amps you are using in our RV. Amp usage over the 50 AMPs provided can trip your breaker. Please be mindful of your amp usage, so that you don’t trip your breaker during your stay.
Please notify management if you have any electrical issues during your stay. Guests are not permitted to diagnose or repair our electrical connections.
Quiet Time Policies
Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM. Anyone causing a disturbance during this time will be warned only once and then asked to leave without a refund.
Trash Disposal and Recycling
A trash cans is located in your spot. Please tie trash bags completely closed and put your trash completely in the trash container. If you fill the can, please contact Management and it will be removed. Please do not place your trash on the ground. Do not dispose of wires, oil, furniture, mattresses, or any toxic waste or chemicals in our trash cans. Trash is emptied once per day. Times may vary due to maintenance scheduling requirements throughout the day.
Children
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times. Riding bicycles without a parent present is prohibited. Anyone under the age of 18 must be back at their site by dusk.
Drones
Drones are not permitted in our park. Please do not fly drones over people or RVs. There are several local area parks where drones are permitted for your enjoyment.
Fireworks and Firearms
Fireworks are strictly prohibited in our park. This includes sparklers, smoke bombs, aerials, and firecrackers. Use of firearms including air soft, BB, and pellet guns is also strictly prohibited. If these items are seen outside of your RV or we receive complaints, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund.
Repairs
Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park.
Emergencies
If you need to call 911 for any reason, and time allows, please call the office after your 911 call so the staff can be prepared to escort the emergency personnel to your spot.
If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, call (541) 621-9610 or (541) 899-2827 24 hours a day. (No soliciting is allowed. )
Pet Policies
Leash
Your pet must be on a leash or in a confined area at all times.
Barking
If we receive complaints about barking, we will ask you to control your pet. If it continues, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
Cleaning Up After Your Pet
Always clean up after your pet. Failure to clean up after your pet will result in you being asked to leave without a refund.
Leaving Pets Unattended
Pets may not be left unattended in our park at any time.
Pet Vaccinations
Due to Insurance Requirements, all pets must be vaccinated in our park. Please make sure your pet’s shots are up-to-date.
Vehicle Policies
Speed Limit
The park speed limit is 5 mph. Exceeding this speed limit will result in a warning. Multiple warnings will require us to ask you to leave without a refund.
Parking
Each paid guest registration covers 1 RV per site and 1 vehicle per site unless noted. Please contact Management if additional parking is needed.
No parking in common areas without permission. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in sites that are not register to you and do not block entrances/exits or access to businesses.
