By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Safari Vista for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Safari Vista from all losses, claims, costs, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Safari Vista may incur arising from any and all damages or injuries caused by fire, water, wind, civil strife, or acts of God, owner and/or customer actions or inactions (or those of their employees, agents, or invitees), or any other related to Guests’ use of occupation of the RV site, regardless of whether such loss was caused by the negligence of any of the Campground parties. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Safari Vista reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after, and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. 

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Safari Vista or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

Safari Vista RV Park will not tolerate any onerous, noxious, or offensive activity of any sort that could interrupt and/or adversely affect the enjoyment of other parties utilizing our facilities. In the event of such onerous, noxious or offensive activity, in the judgment of management, the parties responsible for such activities will be required to leave the park immediately, without a refund.

THEFT OF SERVICE LAW
ACCORDING TO TEXAS PENAL CODE SECTION 31.04(b), any guest who leaves without paying for site services or who refuses to pay for site services when due is subject to criminal prosecution. We are providing service hook-ups for your RV. We require full payment in advance and will prosecute any violations under the “THEFT OF SERVICE LAW.”

RULES AND REGULATIONS:
It is the intent of the SAFARI VISTA RV PARK RULES to maintain a clean, friendly, peaceful, enjoyable atmosphere for all our guest and visitors, so please observe the following:
1. Bagged trash needs to go immediately in the dumpster.
2. Please keep your space clean of all trash and cigarette butts. The cleanliness of your space is your responsibility. Please no littering outside of your space as well. Please place all trash, bottles, cans, cigarette butts, food wrappers etc. in trash receptacles.
3. Do not let items accumulate under or around your unit.
4. No display, discharge or possession of a gun, knife, or other weapon in any way that may alarm others is allowed.
5. The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is prohibited.
6. The operation of a business on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.
7. The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or anywhere on the Property is prohibited.
8. Returned checks – A $35.00 handling fee will be charged for all returned checks.
9. There will be no clotheslines or clothes racks.
10. Dogs may be walked along any fence line in the park. Other than along the fence lines, if they poop, you scoop.
11. There is no heavy mechanical work to be done in the park without permission of Safari Vista.
12. From 10:00 pm to 8:00 am, is quiet time, but please no loud music or noise at anytime. Please be considerate of your neighbors.
13. You are responsible for the actions of your children and guests; therefore, any damages to the park or property will be charged to the renter. Young children playing out of your space should always be supervised by an adult.
14. The park management is not responsible for accidents or theft on your space. Insurance of your RV is totally your responsibility.
15. The speed limit in the RV Park is 5 mph for the safety of all.
16. No poaching of animals behind game fence.
17. No parking on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces.
18. Water will be shut off if a leak is found. Leaks in hoses need to be repaired in a timely manner.
19. No campfires allowed. Grills are permissible.
20. Do not let water run unnecessarily.
Guests agree to vacate the premises at the request of management if they violate these rules and regulations, without a refund of any prepaid fees.
This agreement does not constitute a landlord/tenant agreement. Payment for sites is entirely for services rendered UNDER A HOST/GUEST ARRANGEMENT.
