Sailfish RV Resort
CHECK-IN- Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. Earlier check-in with prior approval is allowed if the site is not occupied.
CHECK OUT –Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Even if your account is paid in full it is necessary to check out with the office.
General Rules
OFFICE HOURS- are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday -Sunday. The resort office will be closed on Sundays and in recognition of all major holidays and will have posted signage for such occasions.
QUIET HOURS- are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please be considerate of other campers and keep noise levels to a minimum during this time. Curfew for children under the age of 16 is 9:00 pm. All children must be accompanied by an adult AT ALL TIMES, and should be back at their campsite by 9:00 p.m. High-profile exterior lighting on any RV must be turned off by 10:00 p.m.
COMMON AREAS- All common/public use areas are SMOKE-FREE, to include E-cigarettes. NO SWIMMING, WADING, OR BOATING allowed in the ponds at any time. Please stay away from the pond edge as grass can be slippery.
SITE & RIG APPEARANCE Sailfish RV Resort reserves the right to refuse service to any rig based on appearance and/or condition. ALL UNITS ARE SUBJECT TO MANAGEMENT APPROVAL. All sites must be kept neat and tidy at all times. If any resident fails/neglects to keep their site in a clean and orderly fashion, a written warning will be issued. Should the resident not comply, a corrective action plan will be implemented, up to and including a $25.00 Site Cleaning Fee.
PROPANE- WE DO NOT provide propane for the grills/fire pits. You must bring your own propane if you are wanting to use these amenities.
STORAGE OF ITEMS AT CAMPSITES will help maintain a neat & orderly appearance. Monthly campers must store loose items when not in use. Any resident or guest found not in compliance will be issued a written warning. If the resident does not comply, the site will be cleaned by staff and the resident or guest will be charged a Site Cleaning Fee of $25.00 and asked to leave.
RIG RESTRICTIONS- PARK does not allow tents. Only approved units are allowed and must be self-contained.
SEWER-TEXAS STATE LAW REQUIRES that a sewer hose must be fastened using a threaded connector or a rubber donut. All corrugated hoses must be supported to allow proper drainage and CANNOT BE LAID ON THE GROUND. O-Ring, donut or screw-in fittings for sewer connections must be used at all times.
TEMPORARY SHELTERS- Temporary shelters may be erected with prior approval from resort office for living or dining outdoors. Keep shelters/shades within the site area you have rented unless camping in a group, then sharing space is permitted. Such structures must be able to be moved for maintenance operations and shall be stored during storms. Any repairs or replacements for damage to resort, personal, or other property will be the liability of the shelter/shade owner that caused the damage.
THEFT/LOSS/DAMAGES-PARV is NOT responsible for theft, loss or damages caused by others, weather, any natural occurrence, or acts of God.Ownership and management assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for injury, accidents or losses for any reason. Campers should secure personal items in and around campsites, vehicles, and boats for your own protection.
TRASH- should be disposed of in dumpsters provided in the resort. Please help us keep our facilities clean by using the trash disposal area properly. LARGE OR BULKY ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN OUR DUMPSTER.Do not dump any of the following: furniture, appliances, construction materials, dead fish or animals, cabinetry, auto parts, any type of non-contained oils or chemicals. FISH REMAINS should NOT be placed in trash containers. Any resident or guest found dumping anything other than household “trash” in bags will be fined a $25.00 Trash Non-Compliance Fee.
OUTDOOR FIRES- are allowed ONLY in the provided gas firepits. You must supply the propane for the firepit and BBQ grill. Open fires are NOT permitted on resort property.
WILDLIFE- is protected in the resort. For the safety of all the pets and wildlife on the property, DO NOT put out any type of bait or poison for trapping or killing. For your protection and theirs, DO NOT feed, aggravate, or try to pet wildlife.
FIREARMS- It is unlawful for any person to illegally possess, display or discharge a rifle, sidearm, shotgun, archery equipment, BB or pellet gun in the resort. Any person found responsible for discharging any projectile weapon of any kind on resort property will forfeit their site and be asked to leave immediately without refund.
FIREWORKS- Fireworks, sparklers, smoke bombs, mortars, and any other type of explosives are NOT permitted in the resort. Any person found responsible for setting off fireworks in the resort will forfeit their site and be asked to leave immediately without refund.
GLASS CONTAINERS are NOT allowed in the resort public use areas.
RESORT PROPERTY- DO NOT CARVE, PAINT, MARK, BURN or otherwise DEFACE any natural or manmade property within the resort. Any resident, or guest of a resident, who willfully or negligently defaces, damages or destroys property/equipment of the resort will be liable for full replacement/repair costs, and will be evicted from the resort immediately.
BEHAVIOR– Aggressive, confrontational, lewd, inappropriate, or sexually explicit behavior or language, in any form, WILL NOT be tolerated, and will result in immediate expulsion from the resort.
SPEED LIMIT- THE SPEED LIMIT THROUGHOUT THE RESORT IS 5 MPH. Speed limit signs are posted and enforced throughout the resort and should be observed for the safety of all residents and guests.
VEHICLES- All vehicles are to be parked in designated areas only. All wheels on all vehicles and campers must be kept on concrete at all times; if this is not possible overflow parking is available.
NO PARKING IN THE STREETS OR LANDSCAPED AREAS AT ANY TIME.
