Salmon Run Campground Policies & Rules

General:

1.    Full payment is required at time of reservation.

2.    Cancellations will be refunded, if made 7 days prior to arrival (14 days for Cabins). $10 handling fee will be applied to all cancellations

3.    One camping unit per site. Site fee covers 2 adults and up to 6 children. Extra adult fee is $10/night, must sleep in same unit. Maximum of 8 guests per site including children, except for group tent sites.

4.    Minimum night requirements are in place generally on weekends and holidays.

5.    Check in is after 2 pm and before 10 pm, if arriving later please contact office. Early check in may be available with a $5/hour fee (max $15).

6.    Check out is anytime before 1 pm. Late check out may be possible with a $5/hour fee based on availability.

7.    Visitors are welcome at guest sites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm, but they must first register at the office. $6 visitor fee for adults and $3 for children under 14.

8.    Overnight visitor fee is $10/night

9.    Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be courteous to other guests around you. All music devices must be off at 11pm.Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park. Profanity or violence towards other guests or campground staff will result in immediate eviction from park. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

10.Tenants and guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.

11.The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.

12.Pets must be kept on a leash at all times under the control of someone who can always manage all animals. Pets may not be left outside unattended. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets

13.Dump station is free to all registered campers. $15 fee for non-guests.

14.Group Sites: rustic group sites available upon request. $17/person per night, minimum of 6 people (or $102/night).

15.Camping Mats: do NOT bring Astro turf, carpet or rubber backed mats for a rug. Please bring a breathable camping mat to put outside your door.

16.We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.

17.All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.

18.Repairs to RVs and vehicles are not permitted in our park. We are happy to recommend a local Mobile RV Repair service that comes out to your site to assist you with any repairs..

19.Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.

20.The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.

21.All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

22.All trash is to be disposed of in enclosed trash receptacles behind the main office building.

23.DO NOT leave trash out overnight.

Safety:

1.    POOL HOURS are 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM or dusk.

2.    No glass containers allowed at the pool.

3.    NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY IN POOL AREAS, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

4.    The use of firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the park.

5.    The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.

6.    Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.

7.    Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.

8.    Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.

9.    Speed limit on property is 5 mph.

10.Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the park.

11.Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in pool area.

12.No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.

13.Vehicles may park in designated spaces only.

14.Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the campground, including golf carts, scooters, etc.

15.Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the resort.

Security:

1.    Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles.  Keep your valuables locked up.

2.    Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.

3.    We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.

Your Site # is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of booking. 

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Muskegon River Fun LLC dba Salmon Run Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Muskegon River Fun LLC dba Salmon Run Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Muskegon River Fun LLC dba Salmon Run Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Muskegon River Fun LLC dba Salmon Run Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
