Sammie's Campground
Your Site location is subject to change prior to arrival unless a site lock fee was paid during the time of
booking.
By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to
sue Sammie's Campground, LLC for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property
damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property.
Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sammie's Campground, LLC from all
losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sammie's Campground
may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further
agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sammie's
Campground, LLC reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a
lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort, but pets must be walked on a leash, cleaned up after and
may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner. Management reserves the
right to restrict disruptive or aggressive breeds. Upon check-in, please notify the office of your
pets.
Sammie's Campground, LLC or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage
to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.
The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of
campers for any cause.
Sammie’s Campground Policies & Rules
General:
-Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
-Guests assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agree to hold Sammie’s Campground harmless from and indemnify The Campground against the same.
-The Campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
-We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
-All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival.
-All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
-We reserve the right to refuse access to any guests whose vehicle is deemed to be unacceptable.
-Tent camping is permitted only in designated areas, to be assigned by the office at check in.
-Tents are limited to a maximum of two per site and cost an additional $10 per tent, per night.
-Total number of guests in any space or tent cannot exceed the maximum capacity for that site.
-Visitors are welcome at guest campsites between the hours of 9 am & 10 pm.
-Visitors are not permitted to stay overnight. All visitors are required to leave by 10:00 PM.
-No overnight parking or storage of trailers, boats, jet skis or utility trailers is allowed.
-Propane grills and propane fire pits are allowed.
-Blowup mattresses, sleeping bags and cots are not allowed outside.
-Maintenance on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
-Washing RVs or vehicles on property is not allowed.
-The use of any paint products or chemicals is prohibited.
-Clotheslines are not allowed.
-Guests may not hang any items from the trees.
-All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
-Only 1 RV and a maximum of 2 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
-All trash is to be disposed of in the dumpster located on the grounds. Due to bears and other wildlife in the area, DO NOT leave trash outside of dumpster. If you require assitance with the dumpster, please call the office.
-DO NOT leave trash out overnight. It will attract bears.
-Boats, boat trailers, cargo trailers or car dollies are not allowed on sites. Storage is available for a fee in our storage lot.
-Drones or other remote controlled machines may not be used at any time on the property.
-Sammie’s Campground is in a natural wildlife habitat area. There are coyotes, bears, mountain lions, birds of prey and reptiles. All guests should ensure pets and small children are supervised at all times.

All Sites: 11:00 AM
Late Check-Out Policy:
The front desk may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.
Safety:
-The use of Firearms of any kind is PROHIBITED in the campground.
-The use of archery, paintball, slingshots or air guns is PROHIBITED.
-Fireworks of any kind are PROHIBITED.
-Use of illegal drugs is PROHIBITED.
-Obnoxious behavior of ANY kind is PROHIBITED.
-Speed limit on property is 5 mph.
-Motorcycles must be in idle speed when traveling through the campground.
-Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in bath house.
-No vehicles can block any portion of roadway.
-Vehicles may park in designated spaces only. Parking on the grass is prohibited.
-Only persons with a valid driver’s license may operate a motor vehicle in the campground, including golf carts, scooters, etc.
-Vandalism of any kind by anyone in your group (regardless of age) may result in eviction from the campground.
Security:
Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Keep your valuables locked up.
Report any problems with your site to the Main Office immediately.
We adhere to and maintain all state, county, and local laws on property.
Quiet Hours:
-Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
-Please be courteous to other guests around you.
-Loud music or objectionable noise is not allowed at any time.
-Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
-Profanity or violence towards other guests or campground staff will result in immediate eviction from park.
-Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.
Pet Policy:
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the campground.
-Pets must be kept on a leash under the control of someone who can always manage all animals.
-There is a three-pet limit in the campground.
-No exotic or oversized pets are permitted. This includes all reptiles or large birds.
-Pets may not be left outside unattended.
-Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their pets; this of course means their waste.
-Guests should carry proof of pet’s current vaccinations.
-Pets are prohibited in campground buildings and amenity areas.
-The Campground is not responsible for and will hold accountable pet owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
-Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal.
