San Marcos Springs RV Park – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to San Marcos Springs RV Park! To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions during your stay.

1. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.

2. Reservations & Payments

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
Monthly stays may require a deposit and background check.
We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payment methods.
No refunds for early departures or unused days.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Daily/Weekly: 48-hour notice required for a full refund.
Monthly: 7-day notice required for refund of deposit.
No refunds issued for weather-related changes, personal emergencies, or rule violations resulting in eviction.

4. Site Rules

Maximum of 1 RV and 2 vehicles per site.
Keep your site clean and tidy. Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.
Outdoor rugs must not damage grass.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

5. Guest Behavior

Respect your neighbors—no loud music, disruptive behavior, or offensive language.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No illegal substances or activities allowed on the property.

6. Pets

Friendly pets are welcome!
Maximum 2 pets per site unless pre-approved.
Pets must be leashed at all times outside the RV.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they don’t disturb other guests.

7. Vehicle & RV Requirements

All RVs must be well-maintained, operable, and in good condition.
No tent camping or car camping allowed.
No open flames or grills on grass—use designated fire-safe areas only.

8. Liability

San Marcos Springs RV Park is not responsible for:

Damage, theft, or loss of personal property.
Accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.
Guests agree to hold harmless the park and its owners for any claims arising from their stay.

9. Management Rights

Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone who violates these terms without refund.
Terms and rates are subject to change without notice.
