San Marcos Springs RV Park – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to San Marcos Springs RV Park! To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, please read and adhere to the following terms and conditions during your stay.

 

1. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
     
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM
     
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability.
     

 

2. Reservations & Payments

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
     
  • Monthly stays may require a deposit and background check.
     
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic payment methods.
     
  • No refunds for early departures or unused days.
     

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Daily/Weekly: 48-hour notice required for a full refund.
     
  • Monthly: 7-day notice required for refund of deposit.
     
  • No refunds issued for weather-related changes, personal emergencies, or rule violations resulting in eviction.
     

 

4. Site Rules

  • Maximum of 1 RV and 2 vehicles per site.
     
  • Keep your site clean and tidy. Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.
     
  • Outdoor rugs must not damage grass.
     
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
     

 

5. Guest Behavior

  • Respect your neighbors—no loud music, disruptive behavior, or offensive language.
     
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
     
  • No illegal substances or activities allowed on the property.
     

 

6. Pets

  • Friendly pets are welcome!
     
  • Maximum 2 pets per site unless pre-approved.
     
  • Pets must be leashed at all times outside the RV.
     
  • Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they don’t disturb other guests.
     

 

7. Vehicle & RV Requirements

  • All RVs must be well-maintained, operable, and in good condition.
     
  • No tent camping or car camping allowed.
     
  • No open flames or grills on grass—use designated fire-safe areas only.
     

 

8. Liability

San Marcos Springs RV Park is not responsible for:

  • Damage, theft, or loss of personal property.
     
  • Accidents or injuries occurring on the premises.
    Guests agree to hold harmless the park and its owners for any claims arising from their stay.
     

 

9. Management Rights

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service or remove anyone who violates these terms without refund.
     
  • Terms and rates are subject to change without notice.
