Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking, which is refundable until 14 days prior to arrival minus a $25 administrative fee per unit. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, deposits are forfeited and non-refundable.

Please note that special rates and offers may have alternate deposit and cancellation policies which will be outlined when making the reservation.
