Refund Policy

The 50% deposit taken at the time of booking is refundable up to 14 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made outside of the 14 day window are charged a $25 administrative fee per unit.

After check-in, no refund or credit wil be issued for an early departure, eviction, or any other reason including weather.

Refunds will only be issued back to the original form of payment for the deposit.
