Terms & Conditions

Our policies: A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. Reservations may be cancelled until 14 days prior to arrival minus a $25 administrative fee per site or unit rented. If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, deposits are forfeited and non-refundable. 

Please note that special rates and offers may have alternate deposit and confirmation policies.

Holiday weekend reservations are charged the full amount of the stay upon booking. This deposit is non-refundable and no credits will be issued.

At the time of arrival the reservation is non-refundable. No-shows, or early departures will be charged full reservation value. Refunds will not be issued for weather or if you are asked to leave the property.

* Check-in times vary per site type. RV and Tent site guests may check in after 1pm. Guests staying in a rental may check in after 3pm. Check out by 11am.

* We do not allow tents to set up on RV sites.

* Our Glamping rentals for Two are designed for a maximum of two adults. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* Our Family Glamping Tents can accomodate 5 guests but you will be charged and extra $25.00 per day for the 5th guest.

* Our Family Camp Cottages are designed for 4 guests, including children. NO EXCEPTIONS.

* We will not be providing pool towels this season for rentals.

* Two pets allowed per site. Dogs must have paperwork reflecting current vaccination. Dogs must be leashed and attended to at all times. $5 per dog, per night fee. Pets are NOT allowed in the glamping rentals.

* Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, and fires must be extinguished by 11pm. We have a restricitive policy on noise. If we must visit your site more than once and warn you, you will be asked to leave the property out of respect for all guests

* NO CHECK INS AFTER 11pm, as to not disturb other guests. Should you arrive after 11pm, please park in the lot across from our Lodge and you may check in the next morning.

* No generators or golf carts allowed.

* No portable toilets allowed.

* One adult tent and 2 person tent per site.

* We require that someone 21 years of age on the site.
