Cancellation Policy

  Year Round Reservations: (7 days notice)

-  Reservations cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date result in a $35 cancellation fee per site.
-  Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date result in 50% of your total reservation cost per site.

-  Cancellations made on DAY OF ARRIVAL will be responsible for the total reservation cost per site
-  No Shows are responsible for the total reservation cost per site. 

-  No Refunds on or after day of arrival.

Reservation Modifications: 

*A modification to a reservation is considered moving dates from the original reservation dates.*
-  Reservations modified 7 days prior to your arrival date result in a $35 modification fee for each day modified per site. 

-  Reservations modified within 7 days of your arrival date result in a loss of 50% of the daily rate for each day modified per site.

-  No modifications on DAY OF ARRIVAL or during reserved dates.
