This property is privately owned.  The camper accepts camping privileges with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to the person or any member of the family, campers group or guest of the registered camper arising out of use of its camping facilities or by entry into the surrounding wilderness.

While we guarantee your chosen site type and amenities, our automated optimization system may change your site location. You can guarantee your chosen site location by paying a Lock Site Fee when making your reservation. 

Please follow the below guidelines while on site:

   CHECK OUT TIME IS 11am,  late check out fee will automatically be charged.

   ARRIVAL TIME IS 1pm, early check in fee will apply.

·         QUIET TIME is 9:30 pm to 8 am, please be respectful to other campers as everyone wants to enjoy their stay especially if you are arriving after quiet time.

·         All Standard-Super-Premium RV sites include full hook-ups (unless otherwise stated) with cable and Wi-Fi. WiFi and Cable are a complimentary service, and service cannot be guaranteed. Please do not rely on this free service for job/work/school purposes.

·         Each RV site is allowed up to 6 people, one Manufactured RV and one Vehicle per site. Each tent site is allowed One Tent, One Vehicle and up to 4 people.  Not all tent sites can support a vehicle parked at the site. For those that can not, there is a designated parking spot identified by the corresponding tent site number.  Additional vehicles/cargo trailers staying overnight are $20 per night, require a car pass, and must be parked in overflow parking.

BBQ'S/GRILLS/CAMP STOVES ARE NOT ALLOWED ON RESORT PICNIC TABLES

NO SLEEPING TENTS allowed in the RV sites only shade canopies are permitted.

CAR/MINI VAN CAMPING IS PROHIBITED

CHARGING OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES IS PROHIBITED

WE DO NOT ALLOW “FOR SALE” SIGNS TO BE DISPLAYED WHILE IN THE RESORT

NO DANGEROUS WEAPONS ALLOWED

·         Individual fires are not allowed in the tent area. Please use the community fire pit in the center of the tent area.

·         You are camping in a wilderness area please do not leave food or garbage outside at night. Please use our trash, recycling and composting receptacles as needed. 

·         We provide complimentary dumping of ashes. Sign up in front of office. Dumping of your own ashes in your site, or building a fire on the ground, will result in a $500 fee.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservations cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival date result in a $35 cancellation fee per site.
• Reservations cancelled within 7 days of your arrival date will result in 50% of your total reservation cost per site.
• Cancellations made on DAY OF ARRIVAL will be responsible for the total reservation cost per site. 
• No Shows are responsible for the total reservation cost per site. 
• No Refunds on or after day of arrival.

Modification Policy:

• Reservations modified 7 days prior to your arrival date result in a $35 modification fee for each day modified per site. 
• Reservations modified within 7 days of your arrival date result in a loss of 50% of the daily rate for each day modified per site.
• No modifications on DAY OF ARRIVAL or during reserved dates.

The camper hereby has read and agrees to follow the guidelines.
