Cancellation Policy

• The deposit can be refunded, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, if the reservation is canceled at least
30 days prior to the reservation arrival date.
• The deposit will NOT be refunded for any reason if a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the
reservation arrival date. 

Reservation dates may be modified within the same calendar year the reservation is made and the deposit is applied for the same category site, subject to availability.
