Terms & Conditions

This property is privately owned.  The guest accepts rental privileges with the understanding that he does
hereby release the Resort, its officers, employees, and lot owners of all liability for loss or damage to
property and injury to his person arising out of his use of its rental facilities, and agrees to indemnify the
Resort, its officers, employees, and lot owners against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or
injury to the person of any member of the family or guest of the registered guest arising out of the use of
its rental facilities. The LOT must be left in clean condition.  Any additional clean-up required (garbage
bags left on the lot, etc.)  will be billed to the card on file at a rate of $ 50.00 an hour.  Guest will be held
responsible for any damage to the property that they cause.

When staying with Sarasota Lakes RV Resort, you must utilize your primary mailing address and cannot change to have your mail sent to the resort.  For questions or exceptions, please contact the office.

Check-in is at 2 PM

• We do not rent lots after office hours; Reservations must be secured prior to arrival.
• All lots are privately owned and not necessarily available to rent, even if unoccupied.
• Rates are based on two (2) occupants – each additional person over the age of 12 years is $1.50 plus taxes
per night. Maximum 6 persons. ( No overnight visitors) Daily Guests must register and obtain a parking pass.
• We require a 50% deposit on daily & weekly reservations, and $600.00 on reservations 30+ days.
• The Full Remaining Balance will be charged to the card on file on the scheduled arrival date unless the
reservation was canceled or modified prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• The deposit can be refunded, minus a $50.00 administrative fee, if the reservation is canceled at least
30 days prior to the reservation arrival date.
• The deposit will NOT be refunded for any reason if a reservation is canceled less than 30 days prior to the
reservation arrival date. NO REFUNDS or credits for no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures.
• All rates and lot assignments are subject to change.
• Because of road limitations in the Park, RVs shall be limited to a maximum of forty-two (42’) feet in length.
• RVs older than 15 model years are subject to photo inspection and approval by management.
• No crippled, unsightly, or inoperable vehicles, canvas pop-ups or tents, or converted buses permitted.
• One (1) RV and One (1) tow/towed vehicle permitted per lot.

PET POLICY- TWO (2) PETS MAXIMUM
BREED RESTRICTIONS: American PIT BULL Terriers or any Pit Bull Mix, Staffordshire terriers,
Rottweilers, Mastiffs, German shepherds, Doberman pinschers, Akitas, Chow chows, and 
Wolf or Wolf Hybrids are not permitted.                      
Pets must be kept on a hand-held leash; when outside of your RV. No
tethering or outdoor crates or pens are permitted. You must carry the tools required to clean
up after your pet and use them immediately. Please dispose of pet waste in the provided pet
waste stations or dumpsters.      
You must register your pet(s) with the office at check-in. Bring proof of current vaccinations.
