Terms & Conditions

Rates are as posted.  Charges are for the use of the assigned site and campground facilities only.  The site is for vacation purposes only.  The campground assumes no responsibility for loss through theft, fire, collision or otherwise to the trailer, lodging, car or their contents, whether due to negligence or otherwise.  Use of the campground and equipment for yourself and your family, and your guests is solely at your own risk and subject to Campground Rules, receipt of a true copy of which is hereby acknowledged as well as any applicable municipal, provincial, or federal laws and regulations.  The campground, its employees, servants, or agents shall be saved harmless from any claim whether in contract or, by or on behalf of all those admitted to the charges, any taxes levied on the trailer, any ancilary structures or the rates chargedshall be paid on registrations as may be otherwise required.  The signatory signing here represents and warrants that he'she is responsible for signing on behalf of his/her family, party, guests and any other persons accessing the campground with his/her permission or knowledge.  Any violation of this agreement, the determination of which is shall be in the sole discretion of the campground operator, shall result in termination of this agreement.  Upon termination, the camper, his/her guests and family shall be deemed to be trespassers, under the Tresspass to Property Act, revised statuses of Ontario 1980 CT-21, and the operator is hereby appointed their respective agent for disconnect.  

 

This Reservation Deposit is a Good Faith Agreement between yourself and our

campground. This reservation agreement means that we promise to reserve the site

for you and that you promise to pay the remaining fees owing when you arrive.

When you cancel this agreement, the deposit is retained as a penalty for

breaking this agreement. No Exceptions.

FIREWOOD NOTICE: WE SUPPORT THE CANADIAN FOOD INSPECTION AGENCY CAMPAIGN OF "DO

NOT MOVE FIREWOOD". WE DO NOT ALLOW ANY OUTSIDE WOOD TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE

CAMPGROUND. ANY FIREWOOD BROUGHT IN WILL BE CONFISCATED IMMEDIATELY .

 

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. The camper accepts camping privileges

with the understanding that he does hereby release the Campground, its officers 

and employees of all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to his 

person arising out of his use of its camping facilities, and agrees to indemnify

the Campground, its officers and employees, against claims resulting from loss

or damage to property or injury to the person of any member of the family or

guest of the registered camper arising out of the use of its camping facilities.
