Terms & Conditions

By accepting this reservation, Guest hereby waives, releases and discharges and covenants not to sue Sauk River Park Campground for all claims and liability for personal injury, accidents, property damage, any other claim arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Further, Guest agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sauk River Park Campground from all losses, claims, expenses and demands, including attorneys’ fees, that Sauk River Park Campground may incur arising out of or in connection with Guests’ use of the Rental/Property. Guest further agrees to be responsible and liable for the actions and safety of every person in their group. Sauk River Park Campground reserves the right to remove any renter, occupant or guest who is subject to a lifetime registration requirement under a State sexual offender registration program.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 2 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancellations 3 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.  

Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  The City of Melrose reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly park, but pets must be on a leash at all times while out of customer’s equipment (rv,tent, etc), cleaned up after and may not disturb other guests. Pets are the responsibility of the owner, and the park is not liable for any injuries or incidents caused by pets or wildlife.
Our park is rustic by design and wildlife is a part of that rustic feel, for that reason we encourage pets and pet owners alike to be mindful of their surroundings.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Sauk River Park Campground or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property, or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
