Campground Rules

Welcome to Scenic Overlook RV Campground. We ask that everyone abide by the
following rules. Please be considerate & respectful of your fellow campers.

1. Check-in time is 3 pm - If you need to check in before 3 pm, contact the
owners.
2. Check-out time is 1 pm
3. Quiet hours are from 12 am- 7 am
4. All RV’s, motor homes, etc. must be in good working order & appearance.
5. Speed limit is 10 mph.
6. No mini bikes, 4 wheelers, or ATVs.
7. Golf carts are permitted.
8. No parking on the grass.
9. Trees are very young and growing. Please do not tie any ropes or animal
leashes to the trees. Do not hang any items from the trees.
10. No tents, enclosures, or similar device will be allowed on campsites.
11. Must remove any objects out of grass area when not present on weekdays due
to mowing.
12. Washing RVs, boats, or vehicles is not permitted.
13. Any vehicles & boats must fit into your allotted campsite. Let owner know if
you need additional parking for a boat or recreational vehicle.
14. Any person causing a disturbance will be asked to vacate. Owners reserve the
right to evict any camper who they deem disorderly and inconsiderate with
other campers at any time.
15. All campers/tenants are responsible fo guests’ compliance to RV Park rules.
16. No loud music played throughout the campground.
17. Children should not be left unattended on the playground or the campsite.
18. Pets must be on a leash in controlled at all times. It is mandatory to clean up
after your pet.
19. Do not leave pet unattended and allowing it to bark excessively.
20. No aggressive animals will be allowed.
21. Fires may only be built in the fire pit.
22. Do not leave your fire unattended.
23. Make sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving or going to bed.
24. FIREWORKS of all types are prohibited.
25. No solicitation allowed.
26. No illegal activities of any kind are allowed on campground property.
27. Public intoxication and/or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. You will be
asked to leave and there will be no refund.
28. No waste or gray water is to be dumped on the ground.
29. Dispose of all garbage in trash properly. All trash must be removed in trash
bags and tied securely. Place the trash bags at the corner of the campsite to be
picked up.
30. Your campsite must be clean, upon departure.

 

Terms & Conditions

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused on campground property. Guests
• agree to pay for any and all damages incurred during their stay. Guests acknowledge
• this policy when agreeing to terms and conditions.
• Guests evicted off the property for violating rules and policies will not receive any
• refunds for their stay.
• The management reserves the right to evict any guest for any cause.
• Scenic Overlook RV Campground and its owners shall not be liable for losses,
• injuries, fire damages, failure of utilities, theft, or accidents of any kind. Keep your
• vehicles, RV, and valuables locked up.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their
• children, and/or pets.
• Report any problems with your site to the owners immediately.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival will receive a refund minus a $30 cancellation fee. 
• Cancellations made 8-29 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund. 
• Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund.
