Refund Policy

A full refund will be given (less reservation fees) if the reservation is canceled within 10 days of the original arrival booking date.  A sixty percent (60%) refund (less reservation fees) will be issued if notice of cancellation is given within 7 days of the original arrival booking date.  No refund is issued if notice of cancellation is 6 days before the original arrival booking date.  Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the reservation or mailed within 14 days.

No-Shows 

Your reservation is considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 2 p.m. the day following your scheduled arrival day and you didn't cancel your reservation or contact the campground to hold your site by emailing or calling the phone number provided on your reservation confirmation. Payment for camping nights is not refunded for no-show reservations.

      Reservation fees are non-refundable.
