WELCOME TO SEDGEWICK LAKE PARK CAMPGROUND RULES/POLICIES
CHECK IN TIME: Is 4pm
CHECK OUT TIME: Is 2pm. Late check out is available for a fee of $10.00, based on
availability.
QUIET TIME: is 11pm to 8am. Please respect other campers, excessive noise, use
of profanity, loud music and obnoxious disturbances will NOT be tolerated.
Children must be in their site by 11p.m.
PETS: Must be on leash at all times. Please pick up after your pets and do not
leave them unattended. See Sedgewick Lake Park Pet policy for more information.
SPEED LIMITS: must be obeyed always. The speed limit within the park is
20km/hr. This is a family campground so please watch for children especially near
playgrounds. Motorbikes, ATV’s, etc. may NOT be used within the park.
MOTORIZED WATERCRAFT: are NOT permitted on the lake.
ALCOHOL: must be kept in your site. Avoid use in public areas.
FIRES: are only permitted in fire pits provided. Fire pits are not to be moved.
Wood is available for purchase at the cabin for a fee of $10.00 per bundle. No
wood sales after 8pm. All fire bans must be obeyed.
FIREWORKS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN PARK.
SEWER CAPS: are mandatory. Sewer caps may be available to purchase at the
office. Dumping of wastewater or effluent on the ground is prohibited. Please
feel free to use the dumping station (0.5km away) in town on the west side of the
Golf Course.
GARBAGE: is to be bagged, tied and disposed of in designated garbage bins.
CAMPSITES: All tents and trailers must be registered and paid for prior to set-up.
One sleeping unit per site (trailer or tent), unless prior arrangements are made.
- If space permits, an extra tent may be allowed for a 20$ fee (includes 2
adults). It must be approved and registered with the office prior to
arrival. Maximum of 7 days

- A tent for minor age children (under 16 years old) is allowed with
permission. Maximum of 7 days.

Tenting Sites are NOT serviced.
MATS ON GRASS: Help keep our grass green, please move your mats every 3 days.
POOL and SPLASH PARK: Hours are 10am to 8pm. Weather permitting. Children
under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no Lifeguard on duty. Use
of the pool is free to registered campers. Visitors or daily drop-in fee is $2.50 per
child or $10.00 per family, to be paid at the office.
PLAYGROUND: Children at the playground must be supervised.
GENERATORS ONLY ALLOWED FOR OVERFLOW PARKING: Hours: 8am to 11 am
and 5pm to 7pm
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 7 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay.
Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  
Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 


It is the discretion of management to enforce and interpret the above.
Be a good neighbor, please keep your site clean and safe. Let us know if we can
do anything to make your stay more enjoyable. Our guests are important to us!
