Terms & Conditions

1. This is a (30/50 amp) full hookup RV site only (No tents) > All guests staying in RV must be listed

2. This RV site is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service

3. The RV site will not be responsible for accidents/injury to the campers or campers property

4. The camper will be responsible for any damage that they may cause to the RV site/property

5. DO NOT park/block road entrance or driveway in any way

6. Do not park in any grass area

7. Campers are responsible for cleaning up trash and taking trash to local dumpsters 

There are 2 Waste Center options:

Haywood County Solid Waste Convenience Center (4.2 miles from site), 3311 Fines Creek Rd, Clyde, NC 28721, Close to I-40 exit 15

Haywood County Solid Waste Convenience Center (6.2 miles from site), 5859 Crabtree Rd, Clyde, NC 28721, Close to I-40 exit 24

8. Quiet time is 10p - 6a

9. DO NOT go past the closed driveway gate! 

10. There are animals on the property > Do not pet or feed the animals (dogs and horses)

11. If you have a pet it MUST STAY ON A LEASH at ALL times!

12. Campfire is ONLY permitted in the provided fire pit; campfire wood is available to purchase 

13. No washing of vehicles or RV

14. RV site is in a very rural area - please note that cell service may not work in certain areas
