Cancellations
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or 7 days in advance of your stay will result in no refund.   Cancelling your reservation 8 to 14 days in advance of your stay, will result in a refund of half of your total stay. Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.  Seasonal cancellations please contact the office. There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

1. Guests (both seasonal and transient) are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children and/or pets.
2.  The campground is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
3.  We reserve the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies, for any reason.
4.  All guests and visitors must register in the office upon arrival and pay the appropriate fee.  Visitor parking is available.
5.  All Motorhomes, RVs or Travel Trailers must be in good working order and appearance.
6.  Tent camping is permitted only in specified tent areas; one tent per site.  Tents are not permitted on RV or cabin sites.
7. Maximum of 12 people total at a site at any given time.
8. All visitors must park in the visitor parking area.  Additional cars are not allowed at sites or grassy areas near sites.
9. All trailers, boats, jet skis or other personal water craft must be parked and stored in designated areas.
10. Maintenance (including washing) on RV’s or vehicles on property is not allowed.
11. Mats are not allowed on the grass at RV sites. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.
12. Only 1 RV and a maximum of 1 other vehicles allowed per site unless stated otherwise.
13. There is a $15/day fee for EV vehicles onsite.

Safety:
1.  POOL HOURS are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.  No lifeguard on duty, use YOUR OWN RISK.
2.  Children under 14 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in pool area.
3.  Speed limit on property is 10 kmph.
4.  Drunk or disorderly conduct will not be permitted.

Pet Policy:
1.  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered suitable to the serenity/safety of our guests or the campground.
2.  Pets must be kept on a leash, under control and not left unattended outside. You are responsible to clean up after your pet.
3.  There is a two-pet limit in the campground.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.  Serpent River Campground or it's management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.  Management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
