Settlin' Inn RV Park

VEHICLES AND ROAD

  • Speed limit for all vehicles is 10 MPH.
  • Do not drive through open sites, drive on roadway only.
  • Your vehicles and your guest’s vehicles must be parked on your space only, not in open spaces.

PARK FACILITIES

  • All check ins must be completed by 7:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
  • Please notify office when you leave. Park facilities are for use by registered residents and their registered guests only.  Guests must be accompanied by resident at all times.
  • Quiet time is 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
  • No Smoking in any park building or room.
  • Open fires of any kind are prohibited.
  • No weapons may be brandished or displayed

YOUR SITE

  • You are responsible for keeping your site clean and neat
  • No outside storage allowed.  The only items that may be outside are manufactured barbeques and outdoor patio furniture.
  • Sewer hoses must be supported off of the ground.
  • Sheds are permitted on extended stay agreements.  Maximum size is 6’ x 8’.

YOUR PETS

  • Pets must be on a leash when outside the rig.
  • Pets cannot be left outside unattended.
  • You must pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste properly.

YOUR TRASH

  • All household trash must be in sealed plastic bags and placed in the dumpster, not outside.
  • All other trash items must be taken to a proper landfill – do not put large items in or around dumpsters.
  • Do not discard any hazardous waste (oil, portable toilet waste, paint, tires, batteries, etc.) in the dumpster.
  • Break down any cardboard boxes before putting them in the dumpster.

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Transient (less than 30 days) RV Site Reservation cancellation policy: Reservations cancelled more than 5 days in advance of arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled 5 days or less in advance of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night’s stay.
  • Extended Stay (30 days or more) RV Site Reservations cancellation policy:  Reservations cancelled more than 14 days in advance will incur a $10.00 cancellation fee.  Reservations cancelled 14 or less in advance of arrival will incur a fee of one night’s stay.

THERE IS A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR ANY ILLEGAL USE, DISTRIBUTION OR SALE OF DRUGS OR ANY OTHER CRIMINAL ACTIVITY.

This is a recap of the rules.  A full set of rules is available upon check-in.  Violation of these rules is grounds for eviction. 

Extended stay residents will be required to complete an Application for Residency upon arrival.
