CANCELLATION POLICY

Shadow Creek Resort requires 7 days notice for cancellation. A $20 fee will apply to all reservations cancelled prior to the 7 day cut-off, and the 3% booking fee is non-refundable. For cancellations with less than the above-stated notice, we charge full rate and GST.
