By accessing and using this website, you are consenting to, and agreeing with, these Terms & Conditions, which may be amended from time to time. If you do not consent or agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not access or use this website. These Terms & Conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice to you, so you must review these Terms of Use each time you visit the website, as your continued use of the website will constitute consent and acceptance of the amended Terms of Use.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Policies at any time.

General:

  1. Campers and Guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, and/or their children.
  2. Campers assume any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold Shady Lane Estate harmless from and indemnify Shady Lane Estate against the same.
  3. Shady Lane Estate is not responsible for personal injuries or damage, loss or theft of any personal property or vehicle.
  4. Shady Lane Estate reserves the right to evict any person(s) who does not comply with the rules and policies.
  5. All guests and visitors must check in prior to arrival.
  6. All sites are to be kept neat and clean for the duration of your stay.

Please Note:  Your selected site will not be changed without notice.  If it is necessary to move your reservation to a different site, Shady Lane Estate will contact you in advance.

Check-In Time:
All Sites: 2:00 PM

Check-Out Time:
All Sites: 11:00 AM

 

Late Check-Out Policy:
The campground manager may be able to arrange a late checkout, if available. Additional fees may apply. In order to ensure availability for incoming guests, please plan prompt departures.

 

Quiet Hours:

  1. Respectible noise hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  2. Please be courteous to other guests around you.
  3. Inconsiderate guests will be evicted from park.
  4. Profanity or violence towards other guests or campground staff will result in immediate eviction from park.
  5. Guests violating rules that results in eviction notice will not receive any refunds for their stay.

 

Pet Policy:

  1. Shady Lane Estate is a fully working and operational farm, therefore pets will NOT be permitted on the property.

 

Service Animal Policy:

  1. Shady Lane Estate reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose pet is NOT considered a registered working service animal.
  2. Service animals brought to Shady Lane Estate must be reported to the grounds at the time of booking.
  3. Service animals must be kept on a leash under the control of their handler at all times.
  4. Guests are responsible to “clean up” after their service animals.
  5. Shady Lane Estate is not responsible for and will hold accountable service animal owner for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).
