Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation & Payment
1.1 All RV spot rentals are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a valid payment.
1.2 Payments are due in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.
1.3 A valid credit card is required for reservations.

2. Duration of Stay
2.1 The rental period is as specified in the reservation. Any extension of stay is subject to availability and approval.
2.2 Late check-outs may result in additional charges. Please notify management in advance if you need an extended stay.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
3.1 Cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance for a full refund.
3.2 No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

4. Check-in & Check-out
4.1 Check-in time is 1 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM.
4.2 Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

5. Site Usage
5.1 The RV spot must remain clean and free of debris during the stay.

6. Noise & Conduct
6.1 Quiet hours are from 11:30 PM to 7 AM. Please respect the peace and privacy of other guests.
6.2 Disruptive or offensive behavior, including loud noise or alcohol-related disturbances, may result in eviction without refund.

7. Pets
7.1 Pets are allowed with prior approval. A pet fee may apply.
7.2 Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while on the premises.
7.3 Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
7.4 Aggressive pets or those that disturb other guests may be asked to leave.

8. RV Spot Maintenance & Utilities
8.1 The management is not responsible for the maintenance or repair of RVs, except for the provided utilities.
8.2 Utility hook-ups must be used according to posted instructions.
8.3 Any issues with utilities (electricity, water, sewer) should be reported to management immediately. We will address issues promptly.

9. Liability & Insurance
9.1 Renters are responsible for their RV, belongings, and actions while on the premises.
9.2 Management is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
9.3 Renters are advised to carry their own insurance to cover their RV and personal property.

10. Environmental Responsibility
10.1 Waste disposal must be conducted in accordance with posted guidelines.
10.2 The use of non-environmentally safe materials or chemicals (e.g., wastewater discharge) is strictly prohibited.

11. Indemnification
11.1 Renters agree to indemnify and hold harmless the RV park from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their stay, including any injuries, accidents, or property damage.
