Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 0 to 7 days before your stay, there is no refund.  If you cancel your reservation 8 to 14 days before your stay, there is a 25% refund.  If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days before your stay, there is a 90% refund.  Refunds will be refunded to the card used for the deposit.   All of these refunds are LESS the $5 booking fee and any credit card fees, we keep those amounts.

No shows will be responsible for the full amount of stay.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Long term stay reservations that are canceled before the end of the month after monthly rent has been paid will NOT be given a refund for the remainder of the month.
