GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

Guests and Registration

• RESTROOM CODES: Men's: 3161 Women's:  3390
• AT&T IS THE ONLY CARRIER THAT HAS RELIABLE SERVICE IN OUR AREA
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR EARLY DEPARTURES - NO EXCEPTIONS
• ALL guests must register at the office.
• All persons under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/legal guardian.
• Check in for campers is 12 PM and Check out is 11 AM. To extend your stay check with the office by 10 AM.
• Check in for cabins is 3 PM and Check out is 11 AM.  To extend your stay check with the office by 9 AM.
• Each site is limited to 2 vehicles.  Additional parking is available near the restrooms for $5.00 per vehicle per day.
• No parking is allowed on other sites.  If your vehicle will not fit on your lot, please park in the available parking near the restrooms.
• Full payment is required upon booking. Site assignment can only be guaranteed for the number of nights paid for at registration.
• NO SMOKING IN CABINS.  A $150.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING IN A CABIN.
• Requests for Specific Sites:  We try to satisfy requests and will do all we can to keep you in the site you chose while booking, however sometimes unforeseen issues come up therefore we never guarantee the spot chosen.
• Reservations:  Reservations are strongly encouraged and must be booked online or at the office.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 0 to 7 days before your stay, there is no refund.  If you cancel your reservation 8 to 14 days before your stay, there is a 25% refund.  If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days before your stay, there is a 90% refund.  Should you wish to reschedule your stay please contact the office.    All of these refunds are LESS the $5 booking fee and any Credit Card Fees, we keep those amounts. No shows will be responsible for the full amount of stay.  NO EXCEPTIONS!!

Long term stay reservations that are canceled before the end of the month after monthly rent has been paid will NOT be given a refund for the remainder of the month.

Pets

• Pets MUST be leashed,and with you at all times and barking kept to a minimum.
• There is a $50.00 pet fee for Pets staying in the cabins.
• Owners are responsible for their pets behavior and Shirley Creek Marina RV Park LLC is not liable for any pet disturbances/injuries.

Quiet Time

• Keep music to a minimum level at all times during the day and evening. If we can hear it a site over and receive a complaint you will be asked to turn it down or off completely.
• Quiet time is 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Generators are not permitted on the campground at any time.

Swimming

• There is NO lifeguard on duty. An Adult/legal guardian must accompany children under 14 years of age.

Fires and Firewood

• Firewood is available on site at $6.00 a bundle, plus tax.
• Do not leave an unattended fire burning at any time. Leaving a fire unattended will have your card charged a $25.00 fee for us taking care of it for you. An unattended fire puts our campers, community and livelihood at risk.
• Do not leave garbage of ANY form in your firepit on departure.

Speed limit – is 10 km/hour throughout the campsite.

Garbage

• To be placed in bins located through out the campground. All garbage is to be removed from the campsite and fire pit before departure.   DO NOT burn garbage or leave garbage in your fire pit.
• The site must be left the way you arrived. Any substantial clean up (ex: Water balloons pieces, pieces of paper, wrappers, cigarette butts or garbage) left on site will result in a $25.00 clean up fee which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Sites

• Each site is limited to 2 vehicles.  Additional parking is available near the restrooms for $5.00 per vehicle per day.
• Primitive Tent Camping is $15.00 per tent, per day
• Tent Camping on electric and water sites is limited to 2 tents per site.
• Do not damage or cut down any trees.
• Please DO NOT cut through other campers’ sites to get to the park or roads. These are their sites for the weekend as yours is for your booked timeframe.
• NO SMOKING IN CABINS.  A $150.00 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR SMOKING IN A CABIN.

Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control. NO REFUNDS.

Shirley Creek Marina RV Park LLC or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

 The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause. NO REFUND will be given if evicted from the park.
