Reservations

 

Reservations can be made online or by calling 931.392.4655. In order to make a reservation you must be at least 21 years of age. Payment is due in full at the time of making the reservation. A confirmation email will be sent confirming the dates and details regarding your stay. Specific site selections can be given but cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change due to availability unless you pay a lock fee. All RV’s must be in good cosmetic condition and mechanically functioning as well as commercially manufactured. 

 

Rates:  $85.00 per night

General Park Information and Policies

 

  • Check-in/Check-Out: Check-in time is 2:00PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.You are not required to come to the office to check-out unless you will not be out before 11:00 AM. If you can not be checked out before 11:00 AM an additional day's charge may be added onto your bill. Please register with the office before entering the campground. If you will be arriving after hours please call 931.392.4655 to get your check-in information. If arriving after hours you will be required to come to the Campground office before 10:00AM the following day to sign paperwork. Failure to come sign the required paperwork by 10:00AM will result in being asked to leave without a refund. We ask that you make every effort to arrive at the campground prior to 10:00 PM. Quiet time begins at this time and arrivals later than 10:00 PM may cause a disturbance with our other campers. 


 

General Information for Campers and Visitors: 

 

  • Fires: Open fires are not permitted in our park. Fires must be in campground fire pits or designated fire rings. Please do not move the fire ring in your camp spot. State law prohibits out of state firewood to be brought into our park. Please only burn local firewood brought in or downed wood found inside the park. Firewood is available for purchase in the General Store. Please do not burn trash or other non-burnable items in the fire rings. Fires must be extinguished when leaving your camp spot or when retiring for the evening.

 

  • Pets: Non-exotic friendly household pets who are up to date with vaccinations are welcome in our park. There is a 3 pet maximum for each campspot. Pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 6ft long at all times inside the park. If your pet shows aggression towards any other pet or person you may be asked to leave without a refund. Pets are not allowed in bathhouses, laundry area, pavilions, recreational fields/courts or any other play area. Please do not leave your pet chained up unattended. Please do not leave your pet in the dog park unattended. During quiet hours your pet must remain inside your RV unless being walked on a leash by an adult. Please clean up after your pet! Dog waste convenience stations are located around the park for your use. Please have current vaccination records on hand. Failure to comply with any rules regarding your pet as well as disturbances due to excessive barking may result in you being asked to leave the property without a refund. Pets should be registered with the front office upon arrival. The park is not responsible for and will not be held accountable for any damages or injuries caused by pets. The owner of the pet will be held accountable. 

 

  • Campers: Campers and their guests are responsible for any damage or injury caused by themselves, their children, or their pets. The park is not responsible for personal injuries, damages, loss or theft of personal property or vehicles. All campers and their guests must register with the park office upon arrival. Max capacity for each campsite is 8 people at any given time. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Loud music or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated at any time. Violence or obscenities towards any guests or park employee will result in immediate dismissal from the park without refund. Please be courteous of other guests around you. Do not use neighboring campsites as shortcuts from one destination to the next. Inconsiderate guests will be removed from the park. All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with a family atmosphere. If you are having an issue with any other guests in our park, please call us at 931.392.4655.

  • Visitors: All visitors must check in with the office before entering the park. Each visitor must pay a $10 per person fee to access park amenities and receive a parking pass. Visitors are welcome at sites during the hours of 9am to 10pm. Visitors are not permitted to stay the night inside the park. All visitors must sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any injury or damages that may occur while on park property. Campers are responsible for making sure their guests are properly registered with the park office and that they follow all park rules. 

 

  • Children: Children must be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 at all times. Horseplay and running will not be tolerated inside the park. Riding a bicycle inside the park without an adult is prohibited. Helmets are strongly recommended, and it is required by law for anyone under the age of 14. 

 

  • Vehicles and Parking: There are only two registered vehicles allowed per site. Please leave your parking pass visible at all times while in the park. Only park your vehicle, trailer, or boat in your campsite. Please see the office if additional parking is needed. Do not park on the grass. Damage caused by parking in restricted areas will result in damage fees. Do not park in the middle of the road. Do not park in a way that would block access to bathrooms, laundry area, or any other amenity from other guests. Park speed limit is 5 mph. Guests may bring their own golf cart but must carry proof of current insurance policy on cart. Only licensed drivers will be allowed to operate golf carts. Off-road vehicles are not permitted. DRIVE SLOWLY AND WATCH FOR GUESTS.

 

  • Bicycles, Skateboards, Scooters, Etc.: Should be used on roadways only during daylight hours with extreme caution. Children should be supervised at all times. Not to be ridden in pavilions, playgrounds, other public areas, or landscaping. Helmets are highly recommended. 

 

  • Campsite Expectations: Sleeping bags,cots, and blowup mattresses are not permitted outside. Maintenance on RVs or vehicles, as well as washing of RVs and vehicles, is not allowed on property. Please do not use any chemicals or paint products. Clotheslines are not allowed. Please do not hang anything from the trees. All sites are to be kept neat and tidy for the duration of your stay. Trash may be left at the road during the hours of 8am to 4pm. Do not leave trash out overnight. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground. Please do not put hot grills on the picnic tables. Please do not put rugs on grass. State law requires a sewer donut.

 

  •  Severe Weather: In the event of severe weather, seek shelter in the bath house in the back of the park. Signs for shelter areas are posted.

 

  • Laundry Room: The laundry room at The General Store can be accessed for the duration of your stay for a one time $10.00 charge. It is open daily until 8PM. Detergent and laundry supplies are available for sale at the General Store. Please do not leave your laundry unattended. The park is not responsible for any damages that may occur while using the washer and dryer in our laundry facility. 



 

  • Bath house: A bath house that is open 24/7 is located on the property for your convenience. Please ensure that you do your part in keeping the bath house clean. Children must be accompanied to the bath house by an adult at all times. 


 

  • Fireworks and Firearms: The use of fireworks and firearms are strictly prohibited at our park. All guns including air soft, pellet guns, paintball guns and BB guns are prohibited. If any of these items are seen outside of your camper you will be promptly asked to leave without a refund. 



 

The safety of our guests are of the utmost importance. Please report any problems to 931.392.4655. 24 hours a day 7 days a week. If you need to call 911 please notify park management at 931.392.4655 to arrange for an escort to bring emergency personnel to your site. 

 

We reserve the right to evict any person or persons who does not comply with the rules and policies detailed in this packet.
