Thank you for choosing to stay at ShowMe Ranch! We strive to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

  1. Cancellation Notice: To receive a 50% refund, cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.

  2. Late Cancellations: If the cancellation is made within 60 days of check-in, the full deposit paid at the time of booking will be non-refundable.

  3. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up on the scheduled check-in date and do not contact us in advance, the full deposit will be retained, and the reservation will be considered canceled.

  4. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your stay, please contact us at least 60 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
