Rules and Regulations

CHECK-IN: 12:00 pm & CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am 

Code of Conduct

  • Quiet Hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am 

  • Residents are responsible for their children and all visiting guest behavior and compliance with Silo RV Resort Rules and Regulations. 

  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult all times while on park premises.

  • No soliciting of business is allowed on Silo RV Resort property. 

  • Smoking, including vaping, is prohibited in any Silo RV Resort buildings or outdoor recreational amenities.

    • Smokers, please dispose of Cigarette butts in approved smoking receptacles. Do not throw your cigarette butts on the ground.

  • Possession or use of illegal drugs anywhere within Silo RV Resort property is prohibited. 

 

Rent/Occupancy/Refunds

• A maximum of two (2) adults shall occupy any RV. Additional fees will apply to additional occupants.

• Management reserves the right to restrict the number of total persons based on the size of the RV unit. 

A penalty of $100.00 per person will be enforced if the occupancy rule is violated Rent will be charged and computed from the Effective Date of your site rental agreement.

• Extended stays for over 30 days will be required to subscribe to automatic pay (Auto Pay) via credit card 

  • Credit cards will be subject to a monthly processing fee.

• Rent is due and payable at the beginning of each monthly as per the terms

of the site rental agreement. 

  • You will be charged a $25.00 late fee plus $10.00 per day past the due date if

the total amount is not received in the office by the due date (NO PARTIAL PAYMENTS).

• Deposits for monthly and weekly stays are refundable if canceled 14 days or more prior to move-in date.

- Deposits for daily stays are refundable if canceled 7 days or more prior to move-in date. No refunds for early departure or removal for rules violation.

 

Site Condition/Use

  • All guests are responsible for maintaining a debris-free, tidy site. 

  • Only outdoor/ patio furniture and items intended for outside use are allowed to be used outside of the RV and must be kept to a minimum. 

  • Storage of items under the RV is not permitted unless hidden by skirting approved by management.

  • If you wish to cover your windows, they must be covered with standard window treatments. No aluminum foil is to be used to cover windows. 

  • The following are not allowed on site nor to be stored under the RV:

    • Tarps, clotheslines, or the hanging of laundry

    • Appliances outside of the Rv, including hot tubs

    • Fences or Dog pens unless approved by management

    • Personal items on site lawn including, carpets, mats, lawn chairs, potted plants, firepits, etc. These items are allowed to be kept on the concrete pad but must be kept off the grass.

    • Boats, cargo, or other trailers, unless approved by management as temporary. 

  • Subletting or transfer of site occupancy  for any reason, including sale of RV is prohibited. Any new guest must make a new application and is subject to approval by management. 

  • Management must approve all fences, sheds, stairs,  etc. before they are added.

 

Vehicle Policy

  • Speed limit within the park is 10 MPH to ensure safety for our guests.

  • Vehicles must be well maintained (no oil leaks) and operated in a safe manner with no excessive noises.

  • Vehicles are only allowed on the roadways.

    •  Cutting through vacant sites is prohibited. 

  • Use of ATV’s, Dirt Bikes, childrens motorized ride-on vehicles, and similar vehicles is not permitted. 

  • There is a limit of two vehicles per site. If you are needing to have additional vehicles on site contact management to make arrangements. 

  • All vehicles have to be in working condition.

  • No major work is allowed to be performed on vehicles within Silo RV Resort.


 

Pet Policy

  • Non-aggressive house pets are welcomed and must be registered at the Silo RV Resort office upon arrival.

  • There is a maximum of 2 dogs per campsite 

  • Cats must be strictly indoor cats and can not be left outside at any time.

  • Guests who are unable to control their pet must remove them from the Silo RV Resort premises immediately, or the animal is subject to being taken by local animal control authorities. 

  • Excessive barking, whether inside or outside is not allowed. 

  • Pets must be kept on leash at all times while within Silo RV Resort.

  • Pets may never be left alone outdoors unattended.

  • Guests are responsible for immediate clean up after their pet in all areas. All pet droppings must be properly disposed of in a trash receptacle or collection area.

  • Guests must provide proof of pets current vaccination upon approval of occupancy.

  • Silo RV Resort is not responsible for any animal behavior and will hold the pet owner accountable for any injury or damage caused by pet(s).

 

Trash/Garbage

  • Trash cannot be placed outside RV or stored in any garbage containers on RV sites.

  • Trash must be placed directly inside dumpsters. No trash is to be left near or around the dumpsters.

  • No large items should be disposed of in the trash cans. ( Mattresses, TV’s, Furniture, etc.)

  • All boxes must be broken down before being put into the dumpster. 

 

Laundry Room

  • The Silo RV Resort Laundry Facility is for use of Guest and Guest only.

  • Guests shall remove loads immediately upon completion. Silo RV Resort claims no responsibility or liability for clothes left in the machine or damage caused by the machines. 

  • Any pet bedding, blankets and clothing etc. is prohibited to be washed in laundry room machines at any time. 

  • No dyes or bleaches are to be used in any machine at any given time.

  • Never remove any one else’s personal belongings from the machines. Should there be a case where someone else has forgotten their items, please contact management about next steps. 

 

Emergency and Safety

  • In an Emergency first call 911, then notify the office. 

  • If you observe any activity you believe to be of concern, please call the Silo RV Resort Office.

 

Move Out

  • Upon vacating the site, guests are responsible to return the site in the same clean condition that it was provided upon move-in.

  • Guests shall leave the site free of any possessions, garbage and debris. Guests may be charged a $75 site cleaning fee plus cost to dispose of large items. 

  • Guests will be responsible to pay for any damages to utility hook-ups, site, or other Silo RV Resort property that may have occurred during a guest stay. 

Park Mowing:

- Please pull all hoses and cords as close to your camper as possible. 

- You are welcome to Weedeat an Mow around your own spot to prevent any potential damage. 

- We are not responsible for: windows, rocks, cut hoses or cut cords


Management shall not be held liable or responsible for non-utilization of package components or loss of recreational opportunities due to weather or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Silo RV Resort or its management bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to any person or property or thing howsoever caused.

The management reserves the right to evict any day user, guest, camper or group of campers for any cause.
