Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policies:

Daily/Weekly Reservations - Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance of arrival will incur a $20 cancellation fee. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival receive no refund. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.

Monthly Reservations - Reservations cancelled 14 or more days in advance will forfeit the $200 prepayment. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days in advance of arrival receive no refund. No shows and same day cancellations receive no refund.
