1 RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

  1. Booking. All stays are reserved and prepaid through our Campspot page (link above).
  2. Payment Schedule: 100 % due at booking.
  3. Accepted Cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx, and debit cards. No cash or checks.
  4. Cancellations / Changes: If cancelling with 24 hours or more notice, a refund will be provided less a 10% cancel fee. Cancellations without proper notice are non-refundable.
    • Weather or RV issues follow the same schedule. Sensible Weather claims are handled directly with Sensible Weather
    • No-Show. If you have not arrived or contacted us by 4 p.m. the day after your scheduled check-in, the reservation is cancelled and all payments are forfeited.

 

2 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 2 p.m. – 10 p.m.

After-hours security provides your packet and escorts you to your site. No entry after 10 p.m.

Check-out: 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.

$25 per hour after 11 a.m.; departures after 1 p.m. charged an extra night.

Maximum stay: 10 consecutive nights per 30-day period unless approved in writing.

 

3 OCCUPANCY & PARKING

  • Included: 1 RV + 1 vehicle that fits fully on the pad. 
  • Extra / Visitor Vehicles: $10 – $20 per night (seasonal). Trailers count as second vehicles; oversize trailers may be directed off-site (up to $50/night in peak periods). Unauthorized vehicles are towed at owner’s expense (Western Towing 760-738-9244).
  • Guest Limit: Up to 6 registered guests per site. Each additional guest (over 6) incurs a one-time $100 surcharge.
  • Reservation Holder: Must be 21+ and remain on property for the duration of the stay.

 

4 PARK RULES

Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Speed Limit: 5 mph everywhere in the park.

Pets: Max 2 dogs; leash ≤ 6 ft; use Pet Stops #1, #2, or Buccaneer Park for relief; pick up waste. Prohibited breeds (pure or mixed): Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman, German Shepherd, Chow, American Bulldog, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, and similar guard breeds. Aggressive behavior = eviction.

Fires / BBQs: Propane fire pits and gas/charcoal grills only. No wood or Duraflame fires.

Smoking / Vaping: Allowed inside your RV or on your pad only; dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Alcohol: Permitted on your pad; no glass containers off the site.

Cannabis & Illegal Drugs: Prohibited on park property.

Weapons: Firearms must remain secured inside the RV; no open carry or discharge.

Violation of any rule—especially noise, pet, speed, or breed restrictions—may result in immediate eviction without refund.

 

5 FACILITIES & AMENITIES

  • Full Hook-ups: 20/30/50 amp electricity, city water, sewer – all utilities included.
  • Wi-Fi: Complimentary, non-secured network (streaming speeds not guaranteed).
  • Beach Access: Public beach directly across South Beach Boulevard (cross at your own risk).
  • On-Site Extras: Grass recreation area and picnic table at every pad; dumpster and dump station available.
  • No bathhouse, pool, laundry, propane refill, ice, or other amenities are offered.

 

6 VISITORS

Visitors are welcome 8 a.m. – 10 p.m. and must register at arrival to obtain a parking pass (fees above). The reservation holder is responsible for visitor conduct and compliance with all park rules.

No on-site RV storage or long-term vehicle parking is available.

 

7 SAFETY, LIABILITY & INDEMNITY

  1. Coastal Risks. Hurricanes, storm surge, lightning, snakes, insects, and other natural hazards exist; exercise caution.
  2. Assumption of Risk. SS Beachfront RV Park, LLC is not responsible for accident, injury, theft, or loss to any person, RV, or vehicle.
  3. Insurance. Guests must carry active RV and auto liability coverage; proof may be requested.
  4. Indemnity. Guests agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SS Beachfront RV Park, LLC from any claim arising from their stay.
  5. Eviction. Management may evict, without refund, for non-payment, rule violations, illegal activity, or behavior endangering others.

 

8 WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE

No refunds for early departure, severe weather, mandatory evacuations, utility outages, or other events beyond park control. Rain-check credits may be offered solely at management’s discretion.

 

9 PRIVACY

Guest information is used only for reservation management and park communications; it is never sold or shared with third-party marketers.

 

10 MODIFICATION OF TERMS

These Terms & Conditions may be amended with 30 days’ notice for existing reservations and immediately for new bookings. The most current version is posted online and available on request.

 

11 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Venue for any dispute shall be the courts of Hancock County, Mississippi.
