Terms and Conditions for Campground and Golf Course Use

Welcome to our campground and golf course! We are pleased to have you as our guest and are committed to ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. In order to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our visitors, please read and familiarize yourself with the following Terms and Conditions. By making a reservation and utilizing our facilities, you agree to adhere to these rules and guidelines.

Camping Reservations and General Information

  1. Reservation and Check-In Process:

    • All campers must register at the clubhouse before proceeding to their assigned campsite.
    • Reservations are required prior to arrival.
    • Refunds will not be issued for early departures.
  2. Conduct and Respect:

    • We ask all guests to respect the rights of fellow campers and observe the rules and regulations outlined below to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

Basic Rules and Regulations

  1. Quiet Hours:

    • Quiet time begins at 11:00 PM. Please keep noise levels low, including turning down music. If sitting outside, be considerate of other campers.
  2. Electrical Usage:

    • If you are camped at a 15-amp site, please note that air conditioning units cannot be used, as this will blow the breaker. A reset button is available under the outlet for your convenience.
  3. Alcoholic Beverages:

    • Alcohol is allowed only at your designated campsite. Please consume responsibly.
  4. Pets:

    • Pets are welcome, but must remain on a leash at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please dispose of pet waste in the dumpster and not in the garbage bins or fire pits.
    • Pets are NOT allowed on the golf course.
  5. Fire Safety:

    • Firewood is available for purchase at the clubhouse.
    • Always ensure that fires are attended to and completely extinguished when not in use. We adhere to all fire bans and restrictions, and guests will be notified if any restrictions are in place.
  6. Water Conservation:

    • Please be mindful of water usage at your campsite. Conserve water wherever possible.
  7. Ice:

    • Ice is available for purchase at the clubhouse for your convenience.

Tee-Time Reservation and Golf Course Guidelines

  1. Tee-Time Reservations:

    • Upon arrival, please confirm your tee times at the Pro Shop.
    • Inform the Pro Shop as soon as possible if you no longer require the tee times you have booked.
    • Names of all golfers are required when booking tee times.
  2. Arrival and Check-In:

    • Check in for your tee time at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start. Please be at the tee-box and ready to play at your assigned time.
  3. Golf Round Structure:

    • If you wish to split an 18-hole round into two 9-hole rounds, you will be charged for both 9-hole rounds, unless you are participating in an 18-hole shotgun tournament, in which case we will accommodate your request as necessary.
  4. Group Size and Peak Hours:

    • Groups of 5 or more golfers are not permitted to play during peak hours. Exceptions may be made after 4:00 PM depending on course availability, as determined by the Pro Shop staff and Player’s Assistants.
  5. Proper Attire:

    • Proper golf attire is required for all players. Shirts must be worn at all times, and appropriate footwear is required.

Cancellation Policy:
Stays under 28 nights
Cancelling your reservation on the day of or within 5 days prior to arrival will result in no refund.
Cancelling your reservation 6 to 14 days prior to arrival, guest will be refunded half of your total stay.
Cancellations 15 or more days will receive a full refund minus a $10 processing fee.

Refund Policy
There will be no refunds after you have checked in, for inclement weather, failure to follow the Rules & Regulations, or disorderly conduct.  Manager/Owner reserves the right to have discretion on all refunds. 

Liability and Indemnity

NOTICE: This property is privately owned. By reserving a campsite, the camper accepts the camping privileges with the understanding that they release the campground, its officers, and employees from all liability for loss or damage to property and injury to persons arising from the use of the campground’s facilities. The camper agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the campground, its officers, and employees against claims resulting from loss or damage to property or injury to any member of the camper’s family or guest while utilizing the campground’s facilities.
