Singing Waters Campsite Rules & Regulations

 

General Rules:

 

·                     All campers must have a reservation.

·                     You must be 18 years of age to make a reservation. All campers under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by someone over 18 years of age.

·                     Campsite Occupancy Limit is 6 people per site.

·                     Check-in time is 12 pm. Check-out time is 10 am.

·                     Quiet Time is from sunset to sunrise.

·                     Generators are not permitted. Extension cords are not permitted.

·                     The use of any firearms, bow and arrow, fireworks, or other dangerous weapons are prohibited.

·                     Pets must be leashed. The owner must have proof of a valid rabies vaccine and must properly dispose of the animal’s excrement. 

·                     No person under 21 years of age shall possess any illegal drugs or alcohol.

·                     The use of or being under the influence of any illegal drug or substance is prohibited.

·                     Campers must properly dispose of garbage. The campsite is considered a “carry-in/carry-out” facility. If there is garbage left behind, there will be a cleaning fee charged to the card used to make the reservation. The fee will be decided upon based on the state of the campsite at departure. 

Campfire Rules:

·                     All fires must be built in the provided fire ring and cannot be more than (3) feet in height and (3) feet in diameter.

·                     Fires cannot be left unattended.

·                     Burning anything other than firewood in your fire ring is prohibited.

·                     All fires must be extinguished before leaving the property.

 

General Behavior:

 

·                     No person shall deface or remove signs, structures, or barriers.

·                     No person shall remove or injure any plants, trees, or flowers.

·                     No person shall expose themselves in a lewd manner.

·                     No person shall engage in fighting or violence, tumultuous, or threatening behavior or words.

·                     The excessive use of alcohol is prohibited.

 

 

NOTICE: VIOLATORS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL BY COUNTY PERSONNEL AND/OR LAW ENFORCEMENT, AND SUBJECT TO FURTHER LEGAL ACTION.
